Regents
Those students in New York State are required to take regents either in January or in June. If New York is one of the only states that has to take regents, then why don't they just do what other schools in other states are doing?

Dude, just accept it, every other state in the Us has different regulations if you will, so that means there is nothing you can do.

Every state has it's own governing laws and regulations and set different standards. We can only speculate how they set these standards but theres not much you can do about it, so accept it or move.
