But then again, he could of just been saying that because HE likes you. Although, it could've been true. You should ask him "What did you mean by I can have any boy? It's not like anyone asks me out" hehe...I mean if you want you can say that to him.
But Im sure other boys like you if one boy envies you that much. You shouldn'y worry about this so much...if a guy really likes you that much he'll probably ask you out soon. If not, and you think someone likes you...he's just scared of getting rejected.

Everybody has their own opinion. Just because this guy thinks you're all that doesn't mean all the guys in the world thinks the same thing about you. Good looks is not everything, personality has more impact to others than good looks. Maybe just maybe, they see you as a snob because you're pretty. Practice being friendly to the opposite sex and make sure you feel good inside regardless you get dates or not. Feeling good inside is more important than getting dates. Keep smiling!

He's complimenting you. Teenage boys are often a little clueless when it comes to being complimentary to their dates, but he's probably trying to be nice. Saying that you could have any guy isn't a suggestion that you should - he's just trying to compliment you by saying you are a great person that makes a great date that many guys would like.
Don't question why more people haven't asked you out - it sounds as if you've got somebody nice who's interested and likes you. If you like him back, see how it goes. Good luck!
