IM SO FAT!

OK IM 13 IN 8TH GRADE AND IM 5'6 AND WEIGH 130 LBS THATS LIKE SO FAT IM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT I WANT TO GET DOWN TO AT LEAST 115 IM JUST FAT IN MY STOMACH WELL KINDA OF AND IM MOSTLY MUSCLE CUZ I LIFT HEAVEY THINGS AND PLAY SOCCER SO MY LEGS ARE MOSTLY MUSCLE BUT I THINK IM TO FAT FOR MY AGE I MEAN IM ON A DIET THE FAT FREE ONE BWECAUSE I WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN MY BIKINI BY MAY OR APRIL SO DO U THINK IM TOO FAT AND COULD U TELL ME SOME GOOD WAYS TO GET SKINNY I WANT TO LOOK LIKE PARIS HILTON BECAUSE THE BOY I LIKE WHICH IS MY NEIGHBOR SAYS THAT SHES HOT AND UR PROABABLY GOING TO SAY NOT TO CHANGE MYSELF FOR HIM BUT I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR MY NEIGHBOR HE IS THE MAN OF MY DREAMS!!! HELP ME !!!!

I'm sorry, but seriously. "A little weigh on a woman isn't bad."

And a lot of people don't tell me I'm fat...but that I dohave a big butt >:-/...back to the point, your not fat AT ALL. You are playnig soccer and being active all the time, that's great! I can't even pass the ball.

Paris Hilton is a celebrity, CELEBRITY. She's a top model...what do you expect? Of corse people are going to say "she's hott!" BUt when I see a magazine, I can't help it think "God, look at her...she's so THIN!" They even edit those pictures to make them look great...but they don't have a "fab" body at all!

Don't listen to the media, but to real people. And your parents if they care for you.

I've been told I should be a model a few times...so maybe you can be one too. Be happy with yourself, girl!

First of all...At 13 even though all the magazines have perfect people on them...And so do tv shows, remember that alot of these people put their bodies through some pretty nasty things to look the way they do. Secondly if you talked to your parents or your doctor they would tell you that 5'6 130lbs is perfectly natural...Thirdly, you are still growing, so your body needs all the nurshiment it can get to grow and stive to be a healthy happy person...And lastly, muscle weighs more than fat, so it is not that your are fat, because you are not, but you have a high muscle volume which is highly healthy....

like u should so not want to BE like paris! she is the most disgusting person i've ever seen on tv. and another thing im 13 and am in the 8th grade too and im 5'3and im 120 to 125 and i feel like im totally good looking and pretty. and i mean u should so not want to change ur self for some guy. i know whats its like to have the guy of ur dreams right in front of u. but don't go get a nose ring for him. plus do u hear ur self? u can't even back ur self up. u say u lift weights and ur mostly muscle. then HEY! ur totally fit and ur at the weight thats right for u. me? i don't work out, i don't have any muscles and i eat junk food non stop. if any one should be the fat one here it should be me. so stop trying to be some one ur not for a guy. if he liks u for who u are then he deserves u but if he trys to change u then forget him!!!

you want to lose weight well i have a way and its weird it works till ur like at the rite weight and u still can eat wut eva u want
all you have to do is eat on of them green apples every mornig and since ur in soccer you wont need to walk after skol but if ur off of soccer like walk round ur block like 2 time if small and this way you can eat wut u want lose the weight then look great

only 130? who cares! be yourself, it doesn't matter if your skinny, or in your case, what i think is perfect! if anyone thinks other wise, they have a promblem. u don't need to loose weight. think about something else.

Hunny... That is not fat. If you are trying to lose weight kind of quicky there is an arcade game that many people play and love that has helped many a person lose weight quickly... it is called "Dance Dance Revolution" It is a fun game as well as an exercise. It sounds to me that when you look into the mirror you see what you have probably been telling yourself for a long while and your mind has come to believe that. I felt the same way untill friends made me truly see that I needed to just enjoy who I was and feel good about myself... dieting is no fun and sometimes not very apetizing.

If you want to succeed in losing weight, you have to do it for yourself and not for somebody else. Okay, say you lost all those weight but your neighbor still doesn't have any interest in you, what now? You'll only feel miserable afterwards and you'll probably just gain all those weight back. But if you loose weight because you wanted to feel good about yourself, you're most likely to succeed and keep the weight of. You cannot be skinny like Paris Hilton if you have big bone structures but you can be physically fit by eating mostly just fruits and vegetables, Drink lots of water - No sodas please and by excercing daily. Remember not to starve yourself but snacks on veggies and fruits only. Goodluck!

First of all, quit leaving messages in all caps, because it denotes shouting and it's quite annoying.

Secondly, you are not too fat! People like Paris Hilton and models are abnormally skinny and as teenagers, we are taught through the media that that's what we girls should look like. It's not so. Since you are muscular from your sports and lifting, there is absolutely no reason for you to go on a diet. If you want to tone your stomach, find ab exercises and do crunches or something. But by the sounds of your stats, it doesn't seem like you have anything to worry about by being overweight.

Well I dont think you would be fat. There are many people that age at that weight and they're fign. A good way to lose wait is stay off sugar and fast foods. Work out twice as hard as you usually do and eat healthy.
