Sometimes people can just be feeling very happy and special that they have a new boyfriend or friend and they want people to know about it. Other times people that are feeling insecure will put it in there just because it makes them feel good that people will know they have someone.

I am a really shy girl...I don't talk volunteerely in school to anybody. I have this crazy idea to ask him out. He's seen me before, but we don't actually know eachother. I'm so confused. I want to ask him out because I realize this is my life and I have to start living it to the fullest.
Please...I don't want to confront him even though I would have to in order to ask him out. What do I do?...besides putting a note in his locker because there's cameras in my school so that's out of the question. Plus, my school is very loud and there's always somebody in the hallway. Please help me. I'm so nervous but you don't understand how badly I want to do this. (link)

It's going to be hard for you to get anything started with him since you're so shy. Since you said you don't normally talk to anyone why don't you start getting more involved in some school things or start talking tio other people and making friends and things so you can bring yourself out of the shyness a bit... then when you feel it is really time to talk with him and things like that you will be more ready.It will be better to socialize yourself to more other people before jumping in "Headfirst" so to speak...

Why can't he see all the signs I try to make whenever he looks at me I try to look back and make eye contact but he always turns away too quickly. . i really love him! I cantt ake my eyes off of him. . and soemtimes I think he gets annoyed because I stare at him so much. . He could be scared. Maybe he's not used to getting that much attention from people? Why not try talkign to him instead of just looking? You could get some good results possibly.

Hunny... That is not fat. If you are trying to lose weight kind of quicky there is an arcade game that many people play and love that has helped many a person lose weight quickly... it is called "Dance Dance Revolution" It is a fun game as well as an exercise. It sounds to me that when you look into the mirror you see what you have probably been telling yourself for a long while and your mind has come to believe that. I felt the same way untill friends made me truly see that I needed to just enjoy who I was and feel good about myself... dieting is no fun and sometimes not very apetizing.

Just tell him. Mostly everyone has SOME fear of rejection. It will be better to get it off your chest. If it dosen't work out... There's a quote that I'm SURE you've heard before... "There are plenty more fish in the sea" he may not be your "fish" If it dosen't work out with him I have no doubt you will find someone else who is either just as good if not better

Some people are horrible with dates and things like that. Take me for example... I cannot remember someone's birthday i\unless it is someone I have known pretty much all of my life without writing it down on a callendar. I don't think it would truly be a bad thing because it could just be the simple reason that he has trouble remembering dates and things.

It does not necisarilly mean that you like him in that way. Your mind could just be picking out someone you remembered possibly being intimate with or having a nice relationship with and placing said person in your dreams. It's hard to answer a question like this because each person is different. You can always do research on dreams if you are that concerned about it.

I can't really say because I am still happily a virgin. You can always do research about it on different websites. There is also a show on on sunday nights called "Talk " on the Oxygen channel and there is a website too... I'm sure that you would be able to find information there.
