Clinching jaw

At night when I'm in bed, my jaw always clinches. It gets so bad to wear it even starts hurting and I can't help doing it. I've tried putting my tongue in between my teeth but I just end up biting my tongue.
It also happens during the day. But I just make sure I always have gum with me because it keeps my jaw from clinching.
Does anyone know of anything I could try that would help? Or should I go to my dentist?

Ok.. I'm almost 15 years old in the 9th grade.
Over the summer I started dating one of my best friends. (Jay).. Jay and I were really close. We were always hanging out. So anyway.. one night at my house we had dry sex. Is it true that you can get pregnant from that??? We continued dating the rest of the summer and on the 1st day of school Jay broke up with me. He's always all over every girl at school anyways. But I was still really hurt. He's the only guy that I've ever really cried over. So.. I've had anyother boyfiend from about 2 months now but I think I still like Jay. OK here's the deal. Me and this kid have liked each other for a few weeks now and he finally asked me out. We've only been going out for 2 days now but its feels like longer. I really do love him, and he loves me. There's just one problem. He's kind of "advanced". I'm only in 8th grade and i've never really been into doing things with guys. hi im almost 16 and my parents never told me straight up if i can date or not but they know i have anyways i want to bring a guy home how do i ask my mom or should i just bring him or wat i dont want to make my bf feel weird or my parents but this is the thing my bf doesnt speak the language my parnts do he only speaks english and my parents only understand but they cant speak help me out i rate good thanx

i was going out with this one guy and well he wanted to go farther because we went out for two months and only kissed twice cuz i didnt like it at first because it was my first kiss and i was in a way very pressered. so after the seond kiss he dumped me the night after because he didnt get very much action from me and he was 12 and i am 13 he made me cry soo much and he wouldnt beleve me that i still loved him and it turned out he got another grl with in the next 12 hours! after dumping me two days b4 my birthday and i almost had fainted that night. so did he even like me or was he just using me?
