im not saying im fat but i just wanted to go on a diet that would help me lose some stomach fat off. i have some rolls on my stomach and the rest of my body is fine and i was wondering what kinds of foods i should eat and avoid and what workouts are great.. and if you say try running outside i cant but i can use the stairs in the house that i have

okay thers this guy i like alot alot alot!! and i think he might know.. but im not sure... well we were talking online and we got along so well!! and then i talked to him on the phone for a little bit (maybe like 5-10mins) and he seemed sorta mad/iritated/tired...so i told im id talk to him later... but then i called him the next night and he never answered... i saw him in calss and he completly ignored me!! i was like ummm hello?! so i was really upset!! well i like him a lot and i have no idea what i should do to make him think of me as a really good friend/ girlfriend... any tips?? and also how can i keep him interested??

This boy asked me to go out with him as in be in a girlfriend, boyfriend thing. I wanted to say yes but said no instead because, I wasn't sure I knew how to be someones girlfriend and would like more to go out on a couple of dates with him than start a relationship. But my friend had set the whole "asking me out thing" up, so I'd have a boyfriend and is now saying "he's probably the only boy who'll ever like you" which is making me regret doing it.But I'll look stupid if I ask him out now plus he's being a bit out of order to me at the moment. For the past 3 years I have been walking home its al been safe and no one ever got hurt, untill today....
My sister (Shes 12 and in 5th grade) was walking hom with her boyfriend (same age as kate) like any other day and the light was green but no cars were comming so as kate waited for the light to turn red her boyfrined darted acoross the road for no cars were comming, it that short of time someone turned out of a parking lot a couple yards away and turned and hit the little boy, My little sister saw the accident and heard the band of the TRUCK hit the little boy flinging him and then stoped a couple feet away from where his body layed. He was life flighted to a hospital because he was bleeding and complaning about his back hurtin...

Hey everyone. Does anyone have Duran Duran's most recent album, titled 'Astronaut'? I like two of the tracks on it but thats not the same as buying the whole thing. I love their musical style but I'm still not sure. Do you think I should buy it? Is it any good?

i had unprotected sex with this guy (i knew what i was doing so dont be like next time use a condom or that wasnt smart or make sure he was tested....i knew all of that and he is totally clean and everything) he didnt cum in me he said nothing happened....i know he didnt cum in me because i gave him oral sex after and then he came. but im still just kinda freaked out lol. but if he didnt cum in me and he came in my mouth then i dont have anything to worry about right?

Hey. I'm Colleen. I'm 14/f.
Me and my three best friends, Emily, Ally, and Marissa have been best friends for a while. We've never gotten into a fight until this year. Were always fighting now and talking about eachother. I don't even really think were best friends anymore because Emily told me that she doesn't think Marissa likes her anymore because she never talks to her. Instead she talks ABOUT her to me. They both do. I don't think Ally likes me because she ignores me. Ally told me in a note that Emily said to their other friend Jackie that it seems like Jackie and Ally are best friends and me and Marissa are best friends. I like them all the same and I really wanna be best friends with them again! What should I do?
