i'm 5'7" 135 lbs, and my face is extremely fat. in pictures you can barely see my eyes because my cheeks take up such a big part of my face when i smile. any suggestions on how to lose the fat?

i drink TONS of milk, always have, but my joints i guess (?) are always poppin, especially my knees and ankles. whenever im workin out doin leg lifts [where you lay on your side and raise your leg up and down] my knee pops EVERY SINGLE time i lower my leg. is this bad ??

i have a flabby stomach and it kinda has cellulite on it. im not that fat, just only in my stomach and i run about 5-6 times a week for 20-30 minutes and i have been doing this for about 2 weeks and havent seen very good results. so if i keep running will i eventually get a flat stomach? and how long?

i have like a muffin top kind of stomach.. but only in the front, i dont have big love handles but i do crunches every night and whenever i do them, i only feel the burn on the upper part of my stomach, and i want to lose the fat on my lower stomach. so do you guys think that it only will help my upper stomach or will it also work for my lower stomach? what are some other excersises i could do to make my stomach smaller? htanks

I am going to be trying out for a movie relatively soon, within the next 6 months to a year and I want some practice in looking that part now that I have acting the part down. I need to lose a bit of weight and need to learn how to apply a more natural make up. I also have layers and need to grow my hair out long into 1 length. I want to be lite enough to lift up without trouble but not disgusting skinny. I also have pretty long(middle of my back), brown hair and my eyes change from a brown to a green color. Any questions to help answer mine will be answered! Thanks!

ok...so i tried out for my cheerleading squad at my school last year ,and i didn't make it=[ i think the reason i didnt was because i couldn't do any gymnastics. im good at the cheers and jumps_ i just can't do any gymastics, i can't even do a cartwheel!!(i know pathetic right?) so.. ive been looking online for private gymnastics lessons, but i cant find any on my area(i live in PA) and even the ones that ARE in PA, are in philli, which isnt excatly the closets location, so i was wondering if anyone knows a gymnastics/cheer coaching place with private lessons (for beginners) around the montgomery.king of prussia area, the requiriments to make the squad are a back hand spring and a running back hand-spring, but if you know more things (such ...

ok i have a high metabolism so im naturally on the slim side and im tall but since i started working in a restaurant 8 months ago ive put on some pounds id like to lose and just tone up. i dont have much time to workout but if i were to walk briskly on my treadmill [maybe jog a little sometimes] 3-4ish times a week how would my results vary than if i were to run? because i really dont like running and plus im sooooo out of shape i get winded after 5 minutes. would brisk-walking still be good for me? at least until i can work my way up to runnin?

ok, next year, I'm planning to try out for our pom (dance) team. To make the cut though, you have to be really flexible, like back bending or splits. I have the rest of the school year and the summer so I guess I'm in no hurry but I figure te sooner i start the better. Any excersises i could do to improve my flexibility and be healthy at the same time? Thanks :]

when i wear jeans i have this fat that like hangs over the top of my jeans (some people call it cupcake fat) is there like a certain excersise that will get rid of that over tiem? im willing to try anything, it rly limits what i can wear

i need to raise my metabolism, badly. like, if i eat a lot i won't gain much weight. but if i try to lose weight, it seems almost impossible. if i seriously cut down on junk food and soda and did about 100 crunches a day and walked/jogged/runned for 30-45 minutes a day would that help?

ok, so in 2 weeks its my friends bithday and we are going swimming, but shes invited a whole bunch of guys (and they are all hot lol) im average size, but my thighs, butt, and love handles are all like uh..not that skinnyyyy, so it doesnt look that great when im wearing a bathing suit, so are there some exercises that i could do that at least make it a little skinnier in 2 weeks??? i know its kindof short notice, but i dont want to go there and feel that im the biggest one there (even though i probably wont be but whatever thats what i always think..) could you answer A.S.A.P pleaseee..?/
