my knees pop

i drink TONS of milk, always have, but my joints i guess (?) are always poppin, especially my knees and ankles. whenever im workin out doin leg lifts [where you lay on your side and raise your leg up and down] my knee pops EVERY SINGLE time i lower my leg. is this bad ??

My joints pop a lot, too, and I actually had to go to the doctor because of it. He had said it was the worst popping he's heard, and so I had to get bloodwork done.

He had said that a lot of athletes' joints crack a lot, though he didn't go into much detail on it (I told him I'm not even close to being an athlete) but the cracking could be a sign on Lyme Disease. I came out fine, but it's best for you to have a doctor check it out.
