Hi, I'm 14 years old and 128 pounds. Everyday, I try to take a run for at least 15 minutes, or sometimes a mile and a half. It's been working really well so far -- it's only been a month and I've already lost around 10 pounds almost. This Thanksgiving weekend, I haven't found the time to run, and it's been probably 4 days since I last ran. Being always a little extra chubby, and having friends that are model gorgeous, I always have had a fear of being TOO fat or not looking great, etc. Now, since it's Thanksgiving weekend, I've eaten A LOT and haven't found the time to run. Will 4 days effect me that much? (Tomorrow I will most likely go run)

I had this friend who I've known since I was 7. Now it feels like she doesnt care about me AT ALL and has moved on to bigger and better things. The thing is that she moved away when she was 8 and we still live far away from eachother. Last month we were still friends, but shes changing, hiding things from me, and not the girl she used to be. I try talking to her, and shes telling me that I'm the one trying to start a fight and stuff like that, and meanwhile, I'm trying to fix it! I dont know what to do!!!

Christmas

alright, every one knows that christmas is coming up, and i am known for getting my friends awesome gifts, because my parents always pay for all of it.
but this year they said they will pay 5 dollars for every one, and i have to pay the rest. i have saved up 200 dollars so far, and i will be getting more from babysitting.
i have 15 people, as of now, that i need to give gifts to.
does anyone have suggestions.
i was thinking i could get them all a different piece of jewlrey from like Clairs or something.
i need ideas, please. and quick. becaues i like to start shopping soon before i spend it all.

ok here is the thing. in 8th grade (2003) i became friends with this girl, but after a montb she moved back to her home state (her dad worked a lab here and instead of seeing him once every 2 weeks they just moved here. and i didnt became friends with her till november) anyways.. we talk everyday onlune and we call each other and write letters and e-mails back and forth. we are like best friends now. we decided today we would send each other presents. and i want to keep it simple enough that it wont cost much to send to her by mail, since my parents are picky over the price and such. anyways i was thinking making a poster of pictures, quotes and such, my mom said i could do it but im not sure. anyone know any good ideas i could do from the ...

I have a boyfriend and hes 2 years older than me and i know he kissed people. The problem is i never kissed anyone and i dont wanna mess up and like make a fool of myself and i dont want to tell him i never kissed before so i need help !How do you kiss?.. =/

i cut myself and i hate it so much i dont know hwo to stop it is so addictive and i dotn talk to peopel who reayl understand how i feel im scared because me and my mom are best friends and i tell her everything but ever since i started getting realy upset and cutting myself i find it hard to tell her anything i know she is worried btu she has o clue i am cutting myself my realy close firend nows that i cut myself with a rubber band i told her becasue i wanted to see what she said btu she asked if i have ever REALY cut myslef adn i lied to her i just want to be happy and no depressed thanxs i hope you can help

how do i know if a guy likes me? i mean, i luvvvv him soso much and he's like...perfect. but tonight he started telling me that he likes this girl and he wants to be with her soso bad and he doesn't know what to do. being an advice conumnist, i gave him my best advice, but it hurt so bad because I want to be with him. what do i do? should i tell him?

Ok. I have a Dell Inspiron 1200. yes, It is a laptop. I use it all the time and when I use it, I use it for more then 9 hours straight. And Don't say give it a rest, because I use the laptop for my job, so it doesn't get to get turned off just when I want to.
I sit in a room tempature room. Whatever I do, The laptop gets extremly hot, and doesn't function properly. Im sure its tired but I have no choice.
When I turn it on it takes awhile for the desktop to load and to get my programs to load because the computer is hot from the beginging (sp?). I need a technique to get rid of this so my Laptop will work properly

Hi.
About a month ago I found a porn website (one of those live cam one's) on my computer's history. I looked at it and discovered my boyfriend of over a year had a registered account on it. I looked at it for a bit and became instantly upset. I confronted him about it and told him how hurt it made me feel. He explained that he was just looking and I explained that i was extreamly hurt by it. I felt betrayed.
Well, a couple of days later I had him close his account and we went out and purchused some adult movies together. Everything was going good until a few days ago I discovered more sites like that (the camera ones) on my computer's cookies. I, obviously, got really upset and felt betrayed again.
