i am trying to lose weight again. (i did it over the summer but gained it all back in fall.)ugh ok so about a week and a half a go i was doing great at excersising and eating healthy. i would go running/walking a mile and a half every night with my dad and if i didnt do that i would do the elliptical. plus i was in softball and volleyball. then during volleyball like last tuesday, i broke my wrist and thumb. im not allowed to run, or basically do anything active (incase i fall) but i do the elliptical still and ive been eating healthy for the most part. but still does anyone have any excersises i could do with my cast on? like any cardio that i dont have to use my left arm for or do anything too bad that would make me "fall" as th...

if i only drank water, and ate fruits, veggies, and salads would i lose any weight? i mean without working out.
i know clearly if i did that, i would lose weight if i was exercising too, but i am asking if i didn't. and i don't like fish and i guess that's healthy or whatever, i am so picky, so it's hard to eat healthy.

So im 15/f and weigh almost 100 pounds. im really skinny with a big butt and pretty good sized boobs. anyways my stomach is real fatt. and when i button my pants the fat like hangs over. so i want to get some of that off without loseing my butt or boobs? any suggetions? situps maybe? whatever advice you have can you tell me how many a day and how long it will take before i start seeing resaults?

ok i have cellulite on my butt and like, right under it. its really noticeable when i flex, but not really as much otherwise. i really would like to get rid of it. can anyone help?! thanks!

sorry if i put this under the wrong category!
but i have a weight watchers scale and i am not sure how old it is im pretty sure it's a couple years old. All i can say is that it's white and square lol. My question is that everytime i step on it it says a different weight. I'm talkin within seconds i step off and back on it is different.. like it will sometimes be a five pound difference. I am stepping on it the same everytime.. anyone know whats wrong?

I am a terrible nail biter. My nails are disgustingly short and my cuticles are red and purple and puffy. I have tried everything from manicures every week to bad-tasting nail polish, and nothing works. My doctor says it is just a habit I have to kick, but I am sure it is something more than that. Is something wrong with me?

My mom keeps telling me that I need to be more social with people in my school. I don't participate in any clubs or do anything with other people. I just prefer to do stuff alone, rather than depend on others. But should I change to make my mom happy?

Whenever I have sleepovers, I'm always mortified about how badly I snore. I am about to go on a school trip where I'll be sharing a room with a bunch of girls. I don't want my snoring to become an embarrassment there, too. Is there any way to help me with this problem?

Alright i'm really into dancing and i thought since i'm trying to workout everyday why not do that for exercise so my friends all tell me i'm a good dancer but i want to be better and i want to challenge myself so i've seen alot of like dance dvd's like i dont exactly know what any are called but thats where you come in so if you know any let me know please.

I am sixteen years old, 5'7 and I weight 185 lbs. I know that I am overweight and need to change my ways some to change that. I am so busy with school and clubs. I gave up all my sports (I used to be in track, basketball, and volleyball) to be in clubs and am currently so busy with 8 clubs that I usually don't have any time for exercise or eating right. I usually eat whatever I can whip up quick and the only exercise I usually get is between classes. Are there any fast, easy exercises I can do with very little time. Also, what are some fast snacks/meals to make with little time as well? thank you =]

prom is coming up and i need to lose about 10-15 lbs. in about a week and a half [if not sooner]
i know it's possible because i've done it before on a crash diet but my usual crash diet isn't working fast enough.
before anybody answers please note that:
- im pretty willing to try anything, as long as it works and doesnt dent my budget too much
- i understand the risks, i know how far i can push my body, please no lectures.
- i don't really care if the weightloss lasts it's just for one night.
so if anybody has any diet plans or anything that they know works really well please help me out! i was fasting but it wasn't coming off fast enough so i was wondering if i had like a d...

HEY PPLS!! I'm 14/f. and i have a question and need some help! Well you see all the girls in my family are kinda big and a little more than average but not by much really. well ya see i'm kinda over average..last i check i was ranging between 140 to 145..well she that is kinda alot for me..and i'm not the skinniest person..i am looking for some ideas and tips to lost weight like in thighs/legs..and your core area. i go walking and running as much as i can..i jumprope, situps and leg ups..and some other stuff..i dont do yoga anymore...also my mom is working night now and she only eats like 1 1/2 meals a day...the doctor said that it is perfectly fine but my mom lost a lot of weight..she is also getting exercise by what she does at work...but...

I'm turning 16 in 30 days and I need to get in shape for my party so my dress doesn't make me look like a sausage hooker. I weigh 225 pounds right now. I know right seriously I'm a fat ass but I need help. I made up this plan to lose weight. I want to get down to 125, 130. So I also have a wedding in 60 days that I want to get toned up for. Here's my plan:
The days when I have off:
-Elliptical machine for 20 minutes.
-The Firm
-Tae-Bo
-Set of 50 push-ups.
-Set of 50 sit-ups.
-Ride bike for an hour.
-Lift small weights. (to tone my flabby ass arms)
The days when I have class:
-Elliptical machine for 20 minutes.

I really want to lose some weight over the summer. I'm thinking about starting a gym membership but I'm not sure if I'll be able to. So far now I'm stuck excercising by myself. I really wanna lose the fat on my stomach and thighs. And I wanna tone my butt, arms and calves. What're some good excercises for those particular areas? And how much should I do and how often? i am stuck here in the middle east (saudi arabia ) and i want to get excersise. problem is, i am canadian so everyone will stare at me if i go outside of my home!DX i rlly want to be fit and to exercise!!!!!!!!!!
here are some of my reasons:
A) i have to wear an abia which i can do any phisical activity in.
B) there is no gym or swimming pool nearby my house.
C) i am not in a compound so i could have more chance of getting run over by a car.
D) there are weirdos out there. my mom was walking my dog once, and the a guy in a truck whent on the sidewalk! she had to call the police!!!
so , i rlly want to be in shape, so TNX so much the people that help!!!!

I Want to loose weight around my thighs and Butt.
I wouldn't say I'm extrememly fat around there. But I want to loose wait there. I'm at a healthy wait for my age so I'm not overweight.
I need some easy ones to do. I have a Tredmill. But I want some exercises that will work.
Like Sit-ups and that stuff.
Oh, And how many a day will I have to do to loose 1 pound a week.
