I really want to lose some weight over the summer. I'm thinking about starting a gym membership but I'm not sure if I'll be able to. So far now I'm stuck excercising by myself. I really wanna lose the fat on my stomach and thighs. And I wanna tone my butt, arms and calves. What're some good excercises for those particular areas? And how much should I do and how often? Thanks in advance!
