i am trying to lose weight again. (i did it over the summer but gained it all back in fall.)ugh ok so about a week and a half a go i was doing great at excersising and eating healthy. i would go running/walking a mile and a half every night with my dad and if i didnt do that i would do the elliptical. plus i was in softball and volleyball. then during volleyball like last tuesday, i broke my wrist and thumb. im not allowed to run, or basically do anything active (incase i fall) but i do the elliptical still and ive been eating healthy for the most part. but still does anyone have any excersises i could do with my cast on? like any cardio that i dont have to use my left arm for or do anything too bad that would make me "fall" as the doctor says. i really need to get this going to be ready for summer. thanks so much!
well, the reason you aren't loosing much weight is because doing the same thing over and over will not do much good. You have to challenge yourself/your body and make it work harder. Increase your time or the difficulty. [ TheAnnie's advice column | Ask TheAnnie A Question ]
