I have some questions....i need tips the women in my family

HEY PPLS!! I'm 14/f. and i have a question and need some help! Well you see all the girls in my family are kinda big and a little more than average but not by much really. well ya see i'm kinda over average..last i check i was ranging between 140 to 145..well she that is kinda alot for me..and i'm not the skinniest person..i am looking for some ideas and tips to lost weight like in thighs/legs..and your core area. i go walking and running as much as i can..i jumprope, situps and leg ups..and some other stuff..i dont do yoga anymore...also my mom is working night now and she only eats like 1 1/2 meals a day...the doctor said that it is perfectly fine but my mom lost a lot of weight..she is also getting exercise by what she does at work...but i cant do thatand i need!!!more ideas and tips!!!!!!!!!!!!! i also eat pretty healthy but any suggestions/comments would be very and really really really really GREAT!!!! Thanks so much.
ps. i am not looking to be anerexic or bolimic. just saying i dont really like that idea..its seems unhealthy...
