Okay im an african american female and i have NO BUTT!!!! I really needhelp so can ya'll tell me how to lift and create a bigger butt. Exercises foods, please help. Luv

You could start lifting weights and that would add the fatty material (I can't remember what you call it) to you "butt"

If you excercise more often (not sayin' you're fat) but your bunz will rise more. Also eat lots of breads but work it off accesivly (run your tail off((not really)) ) and you'll really have more glutious in the bootious!
