dry lips

hi, i was wondering how to get rid of dry lips.theres always a layer of dry skin on them.i always try chapstick but it dont last. like in a couple minutes they'll get dry again.the only time the dry layer is not on them is when i like scratch it off..is there any kind of medicine or something i can do to stop this?

eyebrows-shape

If I go to a salon and ask to get my eyebrows shaped. Do they show you pictures or uh, stencils to chose from? Or do they go off on their own?
Do they shape eyebrows well? Because I had big bushy eyebrows and I overplucked.. for about 2 years. I stoppped and I'm growing them out. They are odd little creatures on my face. Not all that feminine..
What is better? Salon or beauty college ?

Dry scalp/Head

Hey so if anyone reads and answers this I will really appreciate it.
Basically, two years ago, I had little flaky dandruff (meaning that when i scratch my head, small small pieces of dandruff would fall off...I then started using dandruff shampoo for 6 weeks, and there was no difference, so I then switched to a different dandruff shampoo, once againt here was no difference. I then decided to use hydrating shampoo and conditioner ( $30) and still no difference. And it's still contiuning today.
Is there any lotion or something you can put on your head, without affecting your actual hair? And what type of shampoo and conditioner should I use. ( I have tried head and shoulders, and many other different brands.)

So its almost my sweet sixteen && i have no idea what i want to do for it. I havent had a bday party kinda thing in over 5 years. I wana do something fun && cool but most of my friends would just wana drink for my bday && stuff like that..

Phone Plans

Any reccomendations for a phone plan for two people, fairly low monthly cost, a good amount of minutes, and good night and weekend stuff. Dose'nt matter what network, just please tell me the features of the program. (what kinda mobile to mobile it's got, when nights start, ect)

My ipod i shut it off then when i turned it back on it was locked.
and the hold button wasnt like in hold, it was like unlocked

I hate this one girl at school i don't know if there is a lot of them or what but a thing about me is going around saying that i am bitch that i like to make other girls mess up on what their rich ass is going to buy at the mall so they look like a bitch or something. i am getting disrespected for this even this one asian guy name danny is like encouraging other guys to hate me, getting his friends to pick on me. i haven't done anything wrong and i am not interested in no one elses business instead of myself.

I am embarrassed about being a loner. I remember when i was alone at school i over heard this girl says i was such a loner then i walked a way and she looked at me and laugh. what can i do so it doesn't look so bad. i want to make friends but no one wants to. I don't consider myself to be a loner and I don't want to be alone. right now I really don't care if i have no friends i think i never cared for years.

today in science we had to watch the video of a mother giving birth, they showed everything and zoomed in and everything. it was so disgusting. before i wasn't nervous and i didnt think it was a big deal. at the begining it was boring and just showed how the baby grew in the stomach and stuff but then it got gross and showed the birth. i dont no why i freacked out but during it i got light headed and almost passed out it was so gross then afterwards i threw up in the girls bathroom. none of my friends or even any of the guys seemed to have as much of a problem of it as i did. now i cant get the images out of my head! is there something wrong with me or did i just freak out over nothing. help please!

this is a little long. OK so yesterday my ex ended up being in like all of my classes, idk what happened. He dropped out so i thought that maybe he was gone, i was wayyyy relieved. but it turns out that he is NOT gone, he decided to come back. you don't understand, we dated for like a couple days, we weren't even a LITTLE bit serious. he makes me feel so uncomfortble bcause he's always telling people that we had sex and we DIDN'T. he always tries to talk to me in class/walk me to class and it makes me so uncomfortable, i'm actually physically disgusted by him + dont know why i ever liked him. does guilt have anything to do with why girls might not eat what they would like to? i'm a guy and don't get this idea of cutting calories like crazy. i'm curious to know if things have always been this way or if it is just a craze. it bothers me to hear some of my friends that are girls talk about ways to burn calories and other stuff. i don't have a problem with that at all, but lately its all i hear my friends and even my family talk about. what is the big deal and what do i say to my friends if they bring it up with me?

Hello. I used to play slingo all the time for free, and I didn't have to worry about playing any trial versions or anything. I don't wanna be limited as to how long I can play. I don't wanna have to buy anything. I don't know if anyone is familiar with this game, but I was hoping someone could help me out. I got a piece of paper that said to go on www.slingo.com/free or some shit and I'd be able to play for free for as long as I want. I clicked on tons of sites when I typed that in, and they all took me to sites where I have to buy the shit. i get tiny spiders in my dressers. which is why i dont open them or anything anymore. because spiders fall on me whenever i put up a shirt.
