ipod help!!

My ipod i shut it off then when i turned it back on it was locked.
and the hold button wasnt like in hold, it was like unlocked
and how can i unlock it??
it wont let me click anything.
please help

Try holding in the center button and the bottom button for at least ten seconds. then try again if it doesnt work. It resets the ipod (not like deleting all the songs..just shuts it off and turns it back on)

It works for me when mine freezes...but i have an ipod mini..i think its the same concept though..
