So I want to lighten my dark brown hair, and I read this online:
chamomile spray - hey this works best for dark brown hair make some chamomile tea let it cool down then wash your hair with it it will make your hair a few shades lighter,or you can spray it on your hair (without using the sun)every day for 1whole week than it will lighten it.
Has anybody tried this??? Please tell me anything about it, and if you want to edit the directions that’s fine.
Before and after pictures would be appreciated if possible…you could cover your face with photoshop or paint…

Friendship.

My best friend is a guy, who is 16. I'm a girl who is 16. We are very good friends, but for some reason at least 2-3 times a week he'll do something that really upsets me. Usually I never tell him & just let it slide by, but these past few weeks I've been telling him. The things I get mad over are little & stupid, & completely ridiculous to get angry/upset over, but I can't control it, and I just do.
How can I basically coach myself to maintain calm, or atleast not get mad/upset at SMALL things?

there's this guy i really like... i'm not sure if it's lust or if i really care for him... but anyways he's been going "steady" on and off with this one girl for about 2 years... he says that he really loves her... but he's constantly cheating on her... and he's lied to me before about not going out with her when they were so we could hook up... now he says that they're back to being just friends and they've been broken up for about 2 weeks... he only told me this after i told him i didn't wanna hook up if they were going out... so what should i do? should i give him the benifit of the doubt even though he's already let me down, or should i tell him that i just can't trust him or what? i'm so confused...

tension headache

i have this pain at the back of my head on the lower right side. its like right were my hairline stops. im 16. and its giving me the biggest headache. i took 2 aspirins today but it only relieved the pressure for like 2 hours. i dont think its a bruise because its more like a...piercing pain? i tried to massage it but the pain was so imbearable i almost passed out. i cant go see a doctor because im leaving for vacation tomorrow. what should i do? should i take ibuprofin and see if it helps?

all my cds are at my moms house..
is there a way to take songs from my ipod
and put them on a computer so that i can create a cd?
i just want the songs that are on my ipod. and not using itunes..

I'm 13 and female my boyfriend is 14 or so he says. My boyfriend says he L O V E S me, but I don't! i might L U V him but i don't know. He has a tongue peircing and is going to get a tatoo! He's only 13! I severely disapprove of this. Should I break up with him? I think he lies to me too....I asked the advice of my best friend and she is very modest, so she doesn't know. But I really think I should, he is incredibly sweet but he makes incredibly stupid choices! Should I wait until he moves and just endure it or break up now? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

i have a problem which i kinda consider a major issue. the thing is that i think i fall in "love" way too easily. and i cant figure out why.
everyboy who is hot and flirts with me. i suddenly like fall in love with them, well kinda. and i need to snap out of it.

I went to the doctor a little while ago. And I found out that I had some viral thing in my throat. When I was at the doctor's I told my mom what was bothering me. I mentioned to her that I have this problem. Whenever I stand for long periods of time, or sit down for a long time and stand up I black out, or pass out. My mom then asked me if I wanted a blood test. Im not a fan of needles so I said not really. Then she said not to tell my doctor. I did yell at her for asking me to lie to my doctor.

what can i do so i can be skinny? i mean FLAT [sexy] stomach not big and has a lot of fat. i mean, im skinny but the only thing i have a problem with is my mid-section. my stomach. i want it flat .. soon. ive been dreaming about a flat stomach, [sexy skinny body] since i was 9.. and im always on a diet butt how long do i have to wait.. it never works because one morning, my stomach is "not that big" and then i eat breakfast.. its all big again... how can i keep up with it!? any advice to what to do and not starve yourself and still have a flat stomach from NOT to present?

hair dilemma!

what can i do for my hair to not get damaged because i always blowdry then put cremes and sprtay my hair with hair stuff to make it look soft and shiny after that then straighteing it with the straining iron and then put more hair stuff but i only do that 3 times a week coz i take a BATH and wet my hair evry other day...
but my new years resolution is always TAKE CARE OF MY HAIR and it never works coz how can i take care of my hair if i always have to "Style" it with the tools [blowdry&annd straightningiron]?? and im only 13 and i shudnt be haveing this problem right now and i dont want to... i have many many split ends iand my hair isd damaged upto my EARSSSS!! everyone notices it ...

To be blunt: I like my best friend's ex-boyfriend. She broke up with him about 6 months ago because she didn't really like him anymore.
She knows I like him, and she said that it kind of bothers her, but not too much. She might like him a little bit, and they're still friends.
I'm good friends with this guy, and I'm scared to do anything. It's hard for me, because I honestly like him. Besides, SHE broke up with HIM because she didn't like him anymore at the time!
Please help me; I don't know what to do. I'm at a loss here.
