my left foot has gone numb. it's almost as if i can't end it backwards/flex my foot. i ran today ut i had no problems then. any ideas on why it may have gone numb?

If the numbness doesn't subside over the next couple of days go see a doctor, you might have damaged a nerve or something ? If it's just temporary numbness might be one of those things... sitting funny on your foot cutting off the blood supply, cold feet, bad circulation... You could try having a warm bath seeing if that helps get rid of the numbness.

Your foot is either too cold [[haha]], you have a fever, or your foot is asleep, which isn`t rly a big deal.
Just walk around and it should get better.
