what to say to something that feels rejecting?

ok i'm gonna make this short a few of my freinds said come an play football i sed no i gotta revise (this was all done over teamspeak *microphone voice chat for pc*) then i said i nearlly done i might be able to come out now and he said i wouldnt bother it would be un-even teams then he just leaves saying i'm off out as if he doesnt want me there ¬_¬ not only did it hurt a bit but i also know he does it without knowing *i think* so what to say to something rejecting? without being harsh back just letting him know what he's doing.
(by the way only used football as an example hate it really ;) lol)

American Idol

Okay, so Jordin Sparks (my personal fave) won American Idol last night.
While I think Jordin is certainly a better singer than Blake Lewis, I think Blake is a better all-around entertainer.
Who do you think should have won?

Well, I have truly come to hate this word. I am trying to become a good christian, heck - I would settle for just christian. As it is, I'm having enormous problems with BELIEVING. So I've been googling, and asking lots of questions on how to become a good christian, and everywhere theý say - use the people God have put in your life, turn to other christians, be with those closer to God, get to know your Church-family, GET YOURSELF AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER! But I have none! I know NO Christiand, I have none in my life, and my church is...well, different. So what do I do? I keep trying and trying and everytime I think I'm getting closer to Jesus, something happens. I just stop-- and in a few months have to start it all over. I've never been...

is every guy that shallow? to wear they only like the girl for there looks, do any guys look at the girl for who she is, and now how she dressses, how her hair style is, or how much chest she has? thx so much, rather a guys opinion

this girl at school i hate her and so does the whole class but these 3 girls do this to everyone but find it more fun doing it to that girl they for a joke pinch her boobs slap her bum tiggle her vagina im a bystander i just watch this may be bullying but they do it to everyone including me but i dont react so they stop what do i do i hate that girl though?!

I know it's noot good, you know to not do anything to help, but is it really BAD? you can't call it BAD can you? Cause I mean BAD is when you do something bad - like LIE TO YOUR MOM - but then lets say your little sister knows your lying and doesnt do anything about it - that's not good, i know - but it's not AS BAD as what the actual BAD ACTION is, right? Or is it all equally WRONG?

to make a long story short..im going to prom alone..and just recently i tried getting into my best friends limo(already paid for). of course i will pay them back.The problem is my friends..there is rooom for me..but they are saying no because i dspend all my time with my bf..and its so messed up because i was looking foward to spending this special night with my friends. im so ANGRY with tthem..should i even go to prom? i wont have fun if i have to drive there and especially because im so m ad at them..but ive been llooking foward to this. what would you do? not going might make them feel bad..plus i have to room with 3 of them for senior trip. im just so angry..at first they were pushing for me to go in the limo..and now they are just like.."oh well..im sorry"

Uncle's self-image.

I have an uncle, who's kind of on the "outside" of society. It's weird, but think of it as a person who's on the outside in highschool, it's kind of like that. He doesn't have good chances of getting a job, or being heard/seen at all so he doesn't really have a chance to get himself a good self-image either.. i want to help him, or atleast give him advice when he taölks about this with me, cause all i can do when he tells me how he feels is cry.. it's awful, he's seriously on the OUTSIDE of society, y'all know how that feels in highschool, being left out, imagine living your whole life lika that. I'm trying to convince him that HE needs to take a step towards getting himself out of his situation, but it's not easy - what do I say...

Dangerous movies!

Does anyone here believe that movies these days are dangerous because they make evil out to be such a big thing that when we do small evil things (for example LIE) we dont think of it as a big deal anymore.. ?!?! Because movies potray evil as psycopaths or murderers or cheaters, you know? so small evil doesnt seem lik evil anymore, its just human, you know??

Hey what do y'all think this quote means? "Everything has a price, but only humans have worth" like i understand it, and like it to be honest, but i dont get what his point with the quote is, what was he trying to prove/say with it? Like is he talking about how if it costs a lot of money to save someone's life you should still choose to waste all tthat money cause the life has value? or what exactly is he trying to say?
