War In Iraq

I feel so stupid for asking this, but what EXACTLY is happening in Iraq? Why are we fighting them? What is Bush doing that is making him so hated? Is there anything else that I should know about?I really want to be politically informed!
P.S.- Also, what's happening in Darfur?

okay, so one of my friends once sent me a link showing directions on how to get from New york, new york to paris, france. the directions said something like "swim across the ocean." i mentioned it to my friend who didn't believe me. i want to send her the link, but i cant find it. if anyone can give me a link to it, that'd be fantastic!

hi, everyone.
i'm trying to lose weight and i was wondering if you guys think this will help at all:
exercise:
monday/wednesday/friday-running at six in the morning. about the miles. only walking a little.
100 curlups, 60 pushups.
might go running at the beach, this week.
alot of swimming (like wading, doggie paddle, ect)
diet:
i havent had much of an appetite lately, but here goes, aha.
breakfast-honey bunches of oats with milk before running. sometimes skip breakfast.
lunch-varies. probably just a sandwhich. when i go to the beach, it will be pizza or a chicken sandwhich.
dinner-home cooked stuff. fairly fatty. like, 15+ grams of fat for t...

FRESHMEN INITIATION IDEAS.

I'm a senior on the school's soccer team and every year the seniors throw a freshmen initiation party. In the past, they've done things like put on a fashion/NON-fashion show in front of the guy's team, rolled in syrup, honey, and feathers and stuff on the ground, etc. We're trying to think of something different to do, but can't come up with anything REALLY good. So does anyone have an experiences or ideas?
Of course, it can't be anything that physically hurts them or anything like that. And it will most likely be outdoors, weather-permitting.

OK, so Im working with kids about ages 7 to 10, although there is 1 6yr old and one who's 4. I've so run out of stuff to do with them! I need some game Ideas. They love Simon says, any kind of tag, froggy murderer, lots of different stuff. Plus, how do I get them to focus while theyre hyper?! PLZ HELPPP!
