Middle Finger Swirl
I know what it means when someone gives you the finger, but what does it mean when, as they do it, they twirl the finger around in circles?
I've heard two different things and I want to know what it actually is supposed to mean.

It's probably "sit on it and spin" or "sit on it and twist."
