Hi there,

It would be almost impossible to say why your periods are so irregular without being in a room with you - and being a qualified doctor.

Most girls I know started their periods between 13ish and 16ish. Although one I know started when she was 8 and some people don't start until they are 18 or older even.

The best thing that I can advise you to do is go back to your doctor and speak to them.

There are lots of reasons that your periods can stop and stress and worry is one of them, so if you are stressing yourself out over not having a period then you could be inadvertantly making it worse!

So stop worrying - get yourself to the doctor - if you aren't havppy with what your doctor says then ask him/her to refer you to a gynaeclogist who will (for a fee normally!) be able to do a full screen on you so that you can stop worrying and get on with your life!

Hope things go ok for you - and just think - it could be worse, you could be one of the poor girls that can't gt their period to STOP!

Lol
