First credit card

I'm turning 18 and I want to get a credit card. I'm getting one so I can build my credit. I'm not going to charge everything I see. What would be the best credit card?
(If you can't give me a specific credit card, then I company will be fine too)

lighting drinks

you know when you get a lighter and light a drink, can you do that with any drink? ive seen them do it on TV with some sort of drink in a shot glass..i was thinking specifly of whiskey or vodka? thanks.

digital camera

I am looking to buy a new Digital Camera next sunday, but I don't know what to get. I know I am going to buy it from Sears (sears.com) because I work there and next weekend we are having a big friends and family night sale but I am lost when it comes to getting one.
I currently have have a fuji film and its a nice camera for being a few years old but I am ready to move on. It was a great buy for about $100, but it takes too long between pictures and it takes bad close up pictures... its not the quality.. its just like some are better than others i guess you could say.
like my best friend his i could sit and take great picture after great picture of myself for hours on his.

okay like i'm not really that photogenic and i realllyyy like super badly want to be. is there any ways to like make yourself photogenic? any tips?
i hate it becasue when ever people are like lets take pictures i never want to because they always come out weird. i don't think i'm like really ugly or anything but i'd like to take good pictures.

Which holds a scent better...shampoo or conditioner? Also, which brand/scent happens to be your favorite and please include pictures. Would there be any good finds at a CVS type of store or am I better off purchasing elsewhere? Thanks!

hair dye and bleaching tips

ok i want to dye my hair red with some bleach blonde panels in it.

i have the hair dye and i have the bleaching kit. from what ive heard from people is that you do an all over color first then on top of it you can put in the bleach. but wouldnt the bleaching dye stuff mix with the hair dye making it orange? i really dont want that to happen because school pics are in 2 days.
if you know how to do this please give me any tips you can. and i dont have the money to go to a salon so that isnt an option.

Everything I loved taken away from me

I was in gymnastics from the time I was five to fouteen, it was my whole world. I pretty much lived and breathed gymnastics. A couple years ago my parents made me quit because of my health/grades (I had thyroid desiese) and now it's too late to go back.
When I quit I gained about twenty-five - pounds really fast and now I have strech marks. Anyway, I miss it so much! I'm doing cheerleading now, but it doesnm't even compare. I was in level 8. I was already doing olympic training and sometimes I just feel like killing myself, I miss the gym so bad.
I get jealous of anyone who's in gymnastics and I wish I could go back, but I know I can't. How do I get over it, and move on? I get so depressed sometimes and I don...

15/f. is it normal for a teenage girl to grow further away from her dad, and to begin seeing him not as a father, but as a "man"? I just get really weird feelings around him. Like, I can't be in open clothes around him or something. It's awkward. I know he won't do anything, but I'm just paranoid..?

I've been kind of antisocial for a while and part of me is fine with it but the other part really wants it to stop.It's like sometimes I really want to talk to people and be around them and other times that's the last thing that I want.I'm afraid of looking stupid,afraid of people not liking me,thinking that if I go out with people I'm missing a chance to do something else,I think that when people want to hang out they're just saying that because they feel sorry for me...a whole bunch of things.
In the rare case that i AM in a voluntary social situation(forced ones are just a mess that i won't even get into),I really want to mingle and have fun but I just don't know what to do...can't think of things to say,don't know how to ...
