I always understood it as a place where a lot of tourists go because it is *the* place to be. Like... Niagara Falls or the Space Needle as listed below. [ Matt's advice column | Ask Matt A Question ]
remyy557 answered Sunday August 12 2007, 8:56 pm: my family recently took a trip to see my aunt and uncle. so we decided to take a taxi to get there. well even though we now live in new jersey, i still dont noe my way around new york. so anyway they took us on a highway and everywhere you can imagine jus so the meter can keep running which equals more $ for them. turns out the ride took over an hour when it should hav only taken ten min. evidentally they drove us in circles. beware, this can happen in any foreign place.
hope this somewat helped.
good luck,

you have to pay to get the tour up the 60 second long elevator or w/e, and then once you get to the resturaunt there is not kids menu & the cheapest thing is like a $50 dollar tiny captions cut steak...my family paid 600 dollars there! :0
