I got my Chanel purse when I was in Palm Beach and mine was upwards of $900. I just got the classic black with white Chanel emblem on it, sooo worth it! The fabric tends to get little indentations easily though, thats the only thing that bugs me..

it depends upon where you get it...you can usually tell the difference by the stitching...it's usually got a different stitching and it's not done as well...sometimes the stitching will start to come out a little...thats the usually determining thing..also they cost a whole lot less
a regular Chanel bag will cost you anywhere between 500-2500 dollars depending upon what you want...my dad got me one for my birthday last year and I love it...mine was 1500 but they do have some cheaper ones...but if its out of your price range completely get a wallet or something if you really just want something Chanel thats real...the wallets are around 100-150 dollars..but some knock offs are really good and will pass for real...just check the stitching.

actually. its usually really really really hard to tell if a chanel bag is fake or not. my chanel bag is fake, and i have one real one. they look exactly the same.
my chanel purse was 2000 dollars. you can get them as low as 1000.
honestly, just get a fake one. there like exact. my mom got me the real one, because im a spoiled brat. haha. but uhm yeah. you can find them in chinatown in ny. or over the internet for like 100 dollars. or more.
