Healthy weight

Hi. Im f/13. I am 5'7". I weigh 103. Do i need to gain? lose? are there charts that you can show me with healthy weights for girls my age? what signs (other than your lbs, coz bone size and stuff differs) show you are under or over weight? thank you.

Jumping around when ladies time?

I know that you're allowed to do sports when it comes to a "ladies time" and I play alot of sports... but my question is If I have my "ladies time" am I allowed to jump around... like on a trampoline??? Because I've always thought that if you jump up and down while having your "ladies time" that more blood comes out. Can somebody fill me in on this conundrum? thanks, much appriciated.

in desperate need of advice

my skool is suuuuper small, and theres only 15 kids in my whole 8th grade. all the girls in my class are pretty tiny, not like your average 13 year old girl. none of the guys are really that interested because were like not hot enuff and stuff like that. well i just wanted some tips on how to look and be hotter in every way possible!!! Any suggestions?

ok so
im suppose to be getting my period soon
and i have a party to go to on friday
and my friend has a hot tub
and im not one of those people who like tampons
i just never wear them
and when i try to put them in they hurt
either im doing ti wrong but i dont think thats it
or do i have like a problem?
or is it just that my "down there" isnt used to it at all

How long do you keep the earings you got your ears peirced with in?
I got my second hole like four weeks ago, and I wanted to know if I could change them.
I got my first hole like...four years ago so I can't remember how long to keep it in.
Do you think I can take it out?
Its already been four weeks, and I'd put another one in.
I had to take them out today for soccer for like two hours and they were fine.

this question is completely serious,
i have these bumps on my butt. yes my butt. they are like red bumps kind of like mosquito bites, but they dont itch. they hurt a little if i scratch them or push on them though. does anyone have any clue as to what this could be?

ok i just started to use a tampon. and i did it and it didn't hurt which was good.but it was a little weird..annyways..when its time to switch.is it supposed to hurt??and i wore it during school and during period 4 ( 3 or 4 hours into the day) it was like about to come out.the was "stuff" on my pad( i put just in case)
help.its my first time.im a little new on this.

Sweaty Palms!

Hi! My problem is my sweaty sweaty palms. I dont know if i have the Hyperhydrosis issue, but my palms sweat so much even if i'm not doing anything. They dont drip sweat, but i guess my issue here is how to use Drysol to help solve my dilemma. It works WONDERS on my underarms but i tried rubbing it in my palms before bed and it didnt solve the issue. So the next night i wore rubber gloves to bed after applying the Drysol and that hasnt helped for me either. So i really need to know how to use Drysol for my palms becuase its embarrasing for me to hold my boyfriends hand, HE has to wipe his hand off from MY sweat..ew! So please help! Thanks!

I am a runner. I do long distance. My workouts can be very tireing. My routine is one day endurance and one day speed. My endurance workouts are 45 min or more. My speed workouts change. Sometimes I have 300m, 200m, and 150m in one day or I may have to do 400m with 100m rest 8 times or I may do fertlecks or I may do 12 200m and have 200m rest. Like I said it varies every day, but I do things like that. I always try to give 100% but sometimes my workout is difficult for me and I get really bad headaches and throw up. My coach says this is perfectly normal and is actually a good thing. He says that my immune system is adapting to the workout and will gradually get easier. I try to eat a healthy as I can. okay i really need something because i sweat really bad on my underarms and its really embarrasing to wear sleeved shirts because theres big sweat stains. i have no idea why this happens. i mean im completly comfortable with myself. and and i dont get like overly heated but anyone know any like medicine or something taht will help me not sweat on my underarms any more?? i need answers. asap. thank you :D

uhm, ok. i started smoking last january and i really didn't want to start but my friends were doing it and i didn't want to seem uncool. well, i kinda got hooked on it and smoked whenever possible. i got caught one day and swore i would never do it again but my friends still smoke around me and i find it harder and harder to turn away from taking a drag or something like that. how do i stay off smoking for good?

pain reliever other than an epiduaral during labor

are there any other options given for pain during labor other than an epiduaral? i am really not wanting an epiduaral becuase of the fact that it enters through the spine, and i am so scared that theres a chance i might end up paralyzed for an inkling of a mistake. if there are any options, how are they administered? any help would be awesome. thank you so much in advance.

Under-the-skin Pimple

I have an under-the-skin pimple on my forehead. It is really painful, red, and it sticks out too much to cover up (right in the middle of my forehead so my hair doesn't cover it). I've tried tea tree oil and other acne treatments but after three days it just seems to be getting worse. I don't have much money, but does anyone know any treatments, homemade or storebought, that could help?
