Hair question

ok so this might sound stupid but okay: i go to a boarding school and we can't have straighteners because of some rule, but my hair is super wavy (only not in a pretty way, it's wavy in this really out-of-control gross way) and frizzy as hell. It's pretty thick, and well I use sunsilk hairapy "straighten up" shampoo/conditioner/relaxing cream... and I blow-dry it "straight" too... after i wash it...
and i have no idea what i can do to make my hair straight without straightening it! what i've mentioned above doesn't work! it looks nice for 10 minutes (literally) and then goes back to being all wavy and out of control and frizzy.

How do i know when im ready for a cupped bra size? I wear like those cami-cut off bra things now but everytime i wear a shirt i can see my nipples. Does this mean i should start wear cupped bras??

I want to get a tattoo... but I don't want to go to a tattoo shop becuase I don't want AIDs or any other STDs that can be passed on through needles. So is there anyway I could get a tattoo by myself? Like buy one off ebay?

Well This year I want to wear a proper outfit for swimming like normal people, like a bikini but I want to cover more of my body so I'm wearing shorts.
If I'm flat chested, should I even be wearing a bikini top? Or am I supposed to wear a t-shirt or soemthing?

Energy Supplements

Lately I've been really tired in the mornings. School started over a month ago and I can still barely keep myself awake in my first and second block classes...and it sometimes lasts until the end of the day. I go to sleep at about 11:30 and wake up at 6:15. I need to start waking up at 5:45 so I can work out in the mornings, but that'll be hard when I can barely keep my eyes open in the morning.
What's something that can keep me awake during school? Do those Vitamin B pills work? I need something that actually works and won't make me crash when it wears off. I hear that those energy drinks wear off quick and you feel really bad when that happens. It's not something I can fix with my diet because I eat healthy and I can't go t...

I recently saw a movie about drug abuse and crap like that and then I got interested in what happens in real life and not in the movies, and Im not about to try it myself to find out so by WHAT scientists have proven what really happens when someone takes medicine when they aren't suppose to? I mean like WHAT happenes to them? WOULD they get sick or die or what? Theres so much stuff on t.v. about what happens and stuff but then theres stuff that says its completley different. And HOW do you know when your high?
