I want to get a tattoo... but I don't want to go to a tattoo shop becuase I don't want AIDs or any other STDs that can be passed on through needles. So is there anyway I could get a tattoo by myself? Like buy one off ebay?

Tattoo parlors are EXTREMELY clean unless you go to a place that people have said are bad&dirty. If you hear of a place being dirty, it's apparent that you don't go there. Check a list of really good tattoo parlors in your city. The ones high on the list are better at what they do, but may be more expensive, however - very much worth it. Tattoo shops usually open everything in front of you, and if they don't - that is your cue to leave & go somewhere else.

umm... no. Tattoo places are EXTREMELY steril. They wear latex gloves and throw away any used ink and needles. Those places are very cautious. and no, you cant get them off of ebay. maybe ink, and fake tattoos though. But dont worry. Trust me, i want a tattoo too. :D
