Okay, so I usually straighten my hair and it comes out really good and straight... but how do I make it like really smooth and silky?
What are some of the best products for that?

13/f ive had my period since i was ten and i just started using a tampon so i have a few questions about it. is it normal for it to hurt when i sit down? or did i do something wrong? also i feel a little lightheaded. could this be due to the tampon? and also any other advice would be highly helpful

Okay now I don't some. But for some reason my eyes is always red even if I have alot of sleep. Now I do admit sometimes I don't sleep that much but I mean they are red like all the time and people think I am high which I dont smoke

i went to a new dentist today.
i was wondering if i could be allergic to the kind of metal pick thing they use to count and scrap (etc) your teeth.
beacuse somethings wrong. i got home. they barely even touched my teeth just kind of poked around. and they hurt so bad my tongue cant even touch them. and my gums are all swollen and i have bumps that are really sore on the my gums. and when i brush my teeth they bleed so bad.
i was just wondering if anyone knew what i could do to fix it, or if im overreacting and i should just wait it out or see a doctor? .. i dont know. but it hurts. and it worries me.

when you see a girl... do you actually notice what they are wearing and what makeup they used that day and how there hair looks?
just wondering.. because i know most people, probably including me... all try to look perfect for the guys.. but do you guys even notice?

Period annoyance... or problem?

Okay, so I've had my period for almost 2 years but I've only had it maybe a handful of times. I understand that that's completely normal. My question is - I started my period Wednesday and it's been REALLY heavy. Like heavier than it has ever been before. So heavy that I change my pad 3-4 times just during school. Usually I put one on in the morning and I can make it until lunch and then until I get home. But lately it's been taking me 6-7 just to get through an entire day. When I use the bathroom the entire toilet bowl water turns completely red and this is also the first time that I can tell when I'm bleeding.
So I was just wondering, has anyone ever had such a heavy period, is it normal to get it this heavy, could it be b...

There are these red blemishes and acne on the back of my arms. I dont know what they are, but how do I get rid of them? I tried lotion and washing, but it doesnt seem to go away. Help!

Ok so recently i've had really bad dandruff and ive been scrubbing my scalp really hard everytime i take a shower but it seems like i have more flakes everytime. I used head and shoulder before and it didn't really help. Now i'm using pantene shampoo and condition. Please help.

right this is actually incredibly hard for me to even say becasue i hate talking about it but my mum is 49 and shes overweight she had a stroke and had to have an operation which nerly killed her she also has high blood pressure. thing is shes entered herself into a half a marathon power walking race. i really dont think she should do it because i know for a fact that if she does she will probably hurt her self or even die btw half a marathon is 13.2miles im going to go on it with ehr just to make sure shell be ok but how can i like try and warn her baout her fate in the nicest way possible??

birth control pill!

14/f. im taking a birth control pill..for 'once a month girl issues' haha. im not pregnant! its so i only have a period once every 3 months, because mine are horrible and cause me to miss school. i have been taking it for a long time and its been fine, and im supposed to start december 31 according to my pills, but i have already started and been on it for like the past 3 days. its not bad just a little. plus i have had horrible cramping. i have not missed any days of taking the pill, so why am i starting now? i also have finals next week and i used to have to miss school because my cramps and everything is so bad, but i cant miss finals! my mom thinks i should go off the pill and start over in awhile, but i would rather have it when i dont...

Major cramps

I have major cramps during my period and sometimes i even cry cuz they hurt so much. What can i do to stop or make the cramps better? I cant take advil or tylenol or anything at school so i need something that will last all day and/or night. And i live with my dad so i need some advice on talking to him about stuff like this.

It seems like no matter what I do, I'm always tired! I try going to bed really early, but no matter what, it's always impossible for me to get out of bed the next morning. When I eventually get up, I'm tired for the rest of the day...I feel like I could just fall asleep standing! My mom won't let me take any type of caffine pills or drinks because she says they're not good for you all the time. What are some natural things or tips I can try that would help me be more awake and alert? Please help!

Discharge problems?

hey this is embarrasign but the first time I had my period was 2 years ago and ever since then everyday (not when I have my period though) white stuff always come out of my vagina. It's really annoying because i'd feel uncomfortable feeling wet things on my underwear so I'd always wear those tiny pads which makes me have a camel toe sticking out. My cousin says that it's called a discharge or a yeast infection? Is thsi serious and what can I do about it? I have a boy doctor and I'm a lesbien so it's not like im forbidden near boys but it's because I'd get nervous near them and my cousin is lucky because her docter is a girl.

OK, so I practiced inserting my tampon 2-3 times, but every time that I do it, It hurts really bad. And I think if I push it in more, it wont hurt as much, but it hurts to push it in. How do I do it? I started by lying down on my bed and relaxing, but it just HURTS!
