dandruff
Ok so recently i've had really bad dandruff and ive been scrubbing my scalp really hard everytime i take a shower but it seems like i have more flakes everytime. I used head and shoulder before and it didn't really help. Now i'm using pantene shampoo and condition. Please help.

Try Nizorol, or a tar-based shampoo (I prefer the Nizorol because it smells better). They cost a bit more, but they're formulated specifically for dandruff. Head and Shoulders, on the other hand, specialises in shampoo in general, not just the one specific type (assuming I have my facts correct).
The Nizorol has worked wonders for me, and if it works well enough, you don't even have to use it every time you wash your hair (in fact, using different stuff can actually help, I've found). The directions are all on the package, anyway.

Lol. you would not belive how long I had this very problem. And I'm afraid the answer is that you just have to keep at it. Keep on trying different shampoo's. And don't give up when it looks like that there are more flakes.
