jogging vs. walking

ok i have a high metabolism so im naturally on the slim side and im tall but since i started working in a restaurant 8 months ago ive put on some pounds id like to lose and just tone up. i dont have much time to workout but if i were to walk briskly on my treadmill [maybe jog a little sometimes] 3-4ish times a week how would my results vary than if i were to run? because i really dont like running and plus im sooooo out of shape i get winded after 5 minutes. would brisk-walking still be good for me? at least until i can work my way up to runnin?

People to People

Has anyone ever taken a People to People trip? I got a thing in the mail from them, and I can go to Ireland, London, and Walsh for it. It would be for about 20 days over the summer [I'd be 16 by then]. Anyways, this trip is very expensive, so I wanna make sure it's worth it. I'm pretty shy, so I think this would be good for me.
Has anyone gone on this trip? What do you do? Is it worth it?
Anything you know about it would be appreciated.

i was pregnant.. my boyfiend made me take a pill to kill the baby, i was about 1 momnth and 3 weeks along.. almost 2 months... i did not want to kill the baby, i wanted to keep it.. dont judge me on my actions.. thats not why im here..im here for help.. ok? well any ways.. i did this 2 nights ago (thursday night) and that night i was in horrible pains.. like cramps.. and he said i was supposed to bleed.. kind of lot he said... ok well i didnt bleed so much but i did bleed.. but the blood was kind of like.. mmmmm chunky i guess i can call it... i hope you understand what i mean.. ok and well i still feel a little wierd.. like i still have some cramps... but i still feel hungry all the time and dizzy and my breast still hurt and sometimes lik...

Increasing flexibility?

ok, next year, I'm planning to try out for our pom (dance) team. To make the cut though, you have to be really flexible, like back bending or splits. I have the rest of the school year and the summer so I guess I'm in no hurry but I figure te sooner i start the better. Any excersises i could do to improve my flexibility and be healthy at the same time? Thanks :]

The Haunting Hour Soundtrack

I recently watched R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour, and I liked the music in it a lot. However, I returned the movie before I could find the song titles in the credits, and I couldn't find the songs online. Does anyone know if there is a soundtrack for this movie, or if there is any way I can find out what songs were included in the movie? Thanks so much.

Okay well I'm 13 and I've had acne scince I was early 12 years old.I think I'm quite pretty but I think I could reach my full potentiol without the acne.I was wondering if anyone has something free or very cheap [like under 5 bucks] and hopefully natural but doesn't have to be for my acne.I'll love you forever I swear ! lol so please help.

I've never gotten high. I've been offered many things, but I declined it. But since I'm getting out of high school soon, I would like to get high once. Just a experience, nothing more as a habit. Since my boyfriend was really hooked to getting high. He quit for a long time. So he's happy that we are getting high together, for my 'first time' ha. I just .. don't know what to expect and how it effects you. What are all the names of the pills? I get so lost when he speaks of them. It's just named for it's color and size.. or for the effect? How long are you high? How do you act? I've never interacted with my high friends.. so i'm completely lost. I don't want to freak out. Please no "don't get high, it's stupid" it's just one try....

Hi,
The condition:
I have a female friend, who commonly wears very revealing clothing. Short shorts, or tops which show cleavage and stomach, etc. It seems a little bit wrong really.
Although I wouldn't want to go out with her, because of her slightly egotistical personality, and way of dressing, I find myself incredibly physically attracted to her, almost to the point of wishing I could seduce her, even though I know it would be a mistake.
So I know that being around a well bodied girl, in a state of scant dress (even though I don't look favourably on the behaviour) causes this reaction for me.
