how can i get rid of spots!!

right iv got spots i know they can be genetics but i keep having bad outbreaks and its annoying me how can i get rid of them what can i buy im in the u.k. i dont want any of these stupid things like clearasil ultra clear which dont work i dont care how much it costys but whta can i use

2 much fruits

yesterday all i ate was a bowl of cereal, a little rice, and like 4 apples and 1 grapefruit. i really like fruits and sometimes thats all ill eat all day. is that bad? like will something bad happen to me if i keep doing this?

shaved my bikini line

I shaved my bikini line a few days ago and now there are red bumps everywhere!! I've shaved my bikini line once during spring break, but other than that this would be my second time doing it. What can I do to make the bumps go away (there is also pain because my skin rubs together when i walk) So far I am putting lots of lotion on it as much as possible.
any other ways to make them go away faster???

i didnt get my period since december 22.. in 2006.

i really need to lose 30 pounds this summer..
but i have no idea how.
i no i should excercise, and eat healthy but can someone explain
what exercises i should do, how long, how many of them.
what foods i should eat, how much of it, how often.
things like that would REALLLY help.

i get acne often, not alot of it just maybe two big zits or something.

period and tampons

Okay well im 14/f and its basically PHYSICALLY impossible for me to wear a tampon. Everytime i try to put one in i get too scared and sometimes i cry because i should be able to do it. it makes me really frustrated and then i cant relax. but anyway, im way too scared to wear one but it sucks to wear a pad. i really need help.

ok ever since it turned summer here ( arkansas ) i have been losing weight. in the winter, i was 114 and now that it is summer i am 109. is this bad that i am losing weight?

shaving

im not really hairy....but whenever i shave my armpits, theres still little, little black shadow
i want it jsut to look like theres absolutly NO HAIR under my arms and its all just normal skin...
how can i do that?
is there any way to shave it differently or hold my arm when doing it?

ok so the summer is coming and my period is too.
i've had it for a year and a half.and i've used a tampon like once or twice
its still hurts! how can i make it soo it feels like i can't even feel it??

Weird Feeling

Maybe i'm just paranoid, but...
I feel like things are crawling in my 'down there' area. I mean IN it. It feels really, really weird, and ucomfortable. I've looked to see if anything is there, but there doesn't seem to be. IS there any reason i would be feeling these things? And what might it be and how can i make it stop?

my freinds 6 year old daughter started having her period. The doc said it might be a one time thing ... are there any ways this can hurt her or cause any damage to her? What if it isn't a one time thing? Are there any ways we can help her out?

gettign rid of wax!

Ok well when i got my leg waxed I found out later that there are still some green spots of the wax on my leg and I can't seem to remove it and i don't have any paper they used. I can't go back because it was somewhere far away.
What can i do?

i love my girlfriend and we tell eachother everything. but lately ive noticed alot of black and blue bruises like HUGE bruises on her collar bone, legs, arms, ribs, face and back. sometimes like ocasionaly she will come to school with a black out. im worried. i alwyas ask her where they came from but she says its nothinng. and i know for a fact that her parents dont abuse her. but im afraid people will start thinking i did this too her. and i dont want that i love her and would never hurt her. but i wanna know where shes gettingg these from. what should i do?

oily skin

Whats the best way to stop your skin from getting oily before it starts?
its SO annoying, ill just put on make up and lik 2 or 3 hours later my skin starts getting oily and then i rub it off and my make up comes off..
what should i do?

My husband and I tried to get pregnant in April. I took an early results pregnancy test the day before my period was due because I just couldn't wait! It was negative. I ended up not having a "period" the day I was due but instead, a very light pink/brown tinged discharge that lasted for 2 days. The next day, it turned into what I thought of as a full fledged moderate period that lasted about 6 days.
I am now, again, late for my period. This is extremely rare for me. I have been very regular ever since my first period. I feel none of the regular signals that it is even coming. I figured I was not pregnant with the combination of a negative result (though early) and a period.

Thanks for answering my question about yeast infections earlier. Well I went to the doctor to see if I had a urinary tract infection but he said I didn't but might have a yeast infection but he didn't actually say if I did or not. But he said I could get this one medicine for it at the store. If I take the medicine but don't actually have the yeast infection will I get sick?
