advicegirl367 answered Monday June 4 2007, 3:26 pm: Fruit has a lot of vitamins, yes, but it also has very high amounts of sugar. The recommended daily amount of fruits is 2-3 servings. I wouldn't overdo it. Plus, you need nutrients from all the other food groups also. [ advicegirl367's advice column | Ask advicegirl367 A Question ]
no, it's not bad because fruits have lots of vitamins and minerals, and they're really good for you. however, you may be lacking meats & protein in your diet if you continue to eat fruits constantly. maybe try having like a grilled chicken with sliced fruit so you get some more of the food pyramid in. anyway, fruits are really good for you, but just make sure you get the other food groups as well :] [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
peebles7 answered Monday June 4 2007, 3:24 pm: if you only eat fruit than you will be malnourished. you need to incorporate vegetables, whole grains, and meat/soy/protein into your diet, but you can still keep eating mostly fruits
just keep doing like cereal with fruit, pancakes with fruit, smoothies (ex. strawberries, bananas, orange juice, vanilla yogurt=delicious) [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]
