During the winter when it's cold you tend to eat more cookies and sweets but during the summer you crave other things like fruites, salads, water. Atleast this is how it is for me. Meghanbucher14 answered Sunday June 3 2007, 3:22 pm: it's fine. a lot of people get more exercise during the summer because it's better weather to be outside. swimming, riding bikes, taking walks, playing outside.. it all adds up =]
plus your weight can flucuate within 5-10 pounds just for no reason!
Shortcake22 answered Sunday June 3 2007, 3:00 pm: I always lose weight in the summer as well. I figure it's because in the winter, I'm stuck inside a lot more. In the summer, I'm always out and about moving, and since I'm never home, I tend to (Not on purpose!) eat a lot less. I don't know what your height is, so I don't know if that's unhealthy or not, but just make sure you don't get too low. If it continues, and you really don't know what's causing the loss, you might want to see a doctor. Good Luck =) [ Shortcake22's advice column | Ask Shortcake22 A Question ]
CheerCandi answered Sunday June 3 2007, 2:52 pm: as long as your not crazy skinny. maybe your diet has changed. in the winter your body fluid stays inside you more. that could be it. its hot in arkansas and its summer. you could have lost that weight. just watch yourself and what you eat.
