Am I using a tampon right?

I am a first time user of tampons. I actually feel the tampon in me but it isn't really uncomfortable. And I know you are not supposed to feel it in you. Do I have to actually insert the whole tube into my vagina?? It seems like it would be quite painful.

Giving Blood...

I plan on giving blood at my school on December 14th. I've never given blood (I only just turned 17, the age required to give). They told us to eat foods with iron and to drink lots of water so we don't pass out. I have a few phobias and two of those include needles/shots and seeing blood. I already know that if I don't pay attention to what is going on I won't be affected mentally by it, but I'm worried physically. I don't want to pass out or get sick or anything like that, so I was wondering, for those who have given blood or have worked in a setting of the such (health experts, etc.) what are some good foods to eat, beverages, anything to keep me from getting dizzy/sick, passing out, etc.

Skin peeling off

My face..I don't know in my eyebrow area it's kinda like dandruff but on my face which I guess is skin falling off because it's dry.
You might tell me to moisturize my skin or put lotion on it but the thing is, my face is really oily AND really dry! =/
I do wash my face a lot but i reduced it to 3 times a day and it still isn't helping. I'm scared if I put lotion on my face it'll get even more oily.
It's really gross and distracting, some of it getting stuck on my hair and bangs, just gross.

child birth

I wasn't sure if this belongs in Parenting or Sex, so I put it here. So I apologize if it's in the wrong category.
OK. So I'm 22 years old and having a child isn't happening anytime soon for me, but I was wondering.. can you request to have a C-section? I'm terrified of giving birth vaginally. I've heard that you can request a doctor that does elective C-sections.

period trouble

ive gotten a backache tuesday november 6 then the 7th a severe back ache nov 8 9 period
but it is november 30 and november 27 28 29 and 30 ive been having a sour stomache and moody and i want to puke im not pregnant never had sex im 17 is that a period over agian please help

Cutting

This is really difficult and i dont know whats wrong with me. Well the thing is i cut myself. twice. I know why and stuff but i wanted to know if that actually makes me a 'cutter' the thing is this isnt like me at all. I dont want to die i just get overwhelmed with emotions sumtimes. i am a very (normally) happy person and im outgoing. no one would ever suspect me to do this.
Last year i got a belt and hit my thigh with it until it was red and really sore but it was fine the next day. i did this a few times. then i stopped. this year i pinch myself sometimes for certain reasons. but then i cut myself. its not with a knife or ravor what i did is i took a mechanical pencil (fixed it so the lead wasnt sticking out of the point)...

CAFFIENE

17/f. Yesterday I had a cappucino for lunch and soon after I began to feel sick. It lasted the whole night and at about 9pm my arms started to hurt and be a little numb every now and then and my heart was racing and I could feel my heart was hurting a bit. I tried to go to sleep but stayed awake for quite a few hours. I have just woken up this morning and my pulsr is normal but my heart still hurts from working so hard or something yesterday. :S
What is wrong with me?
I was really scared.

Clear Up Congestion!!!

I really ned some remedies for congestion! My mom is sick and she has this big business thing friday and she is hosting it and needs help!!! prefer home remedies and natural suff but i will take medicine too! she is just really trying to rest her body and clear up her congestion in her nose. plus she had a bad headache today. please help ASAP!!! Unusual Period...

I got my period on November 1st, it was like really really light. maybe just a splotch. Then on second day, i only had like hardly any. Then on third day, i had brown discharge, and some more came, but once again. a splotch. Then the fourth day, i dont think I had any. So my period lasted for 4 days. Now its erm. Nov. 28, im expecting it this week maybe. But it didnt come so far. Is this normal?

sweating

i sweat like crazy all day every day. i don't know why. i don't even have to be hot, i can be freezing cold and still sweat. but it's not anywhere else but under my arms. and it's really embarressing and all i wear is hoodies even though i don't want to. is there any way to stop it? i've tried almost everything. "clincally proven to stop under-arm sweating" HAHA yeah okay that didn't work. and certain dri didn't work. has anyone had this problem and gotten rid of it? nothing works. -_- please help.
oh and i can't really afford anything too pricy.

Headbands

whenever i wear a headband, my head behind my ears hurts where i cant stand it. at first its ok but after about an hour of wearing it i have to take it off because it hurts so bad. but i really like how they look, and a lot of people wear them. so, is there any kind of trick to wear a headband without it hurting so much?

progress tracking

Does anyone know of anywhere on the internet or anywhere else where you can track your progress of losing weight? Or know any way of tracking it that actually shows if you are making progress? I have currently started excersizing more and eating a little healthier, but I would like somewhere I can keep track of that. All help is appreciated!

okay i want to take this new diet supplement sort of thing nits cally the pink patch. [www.thepinkpatch.com] it seems better than other ones and whatnot oh, btw f/17/110lbs but anyway. i get drugtests like monthly for my job and they give the results to your parents. i was just wondering if anyone knows if this will show up? if your going to lecture me about how its bad for me in the first place ha please dont im 17 i can handle myself.

Antibacterial soap....

I've heard that antibacterial soap isn't so beneficial, as it also kills good bacteria. I was wondering just how harmful it (potentially) is, and why ...or is it all hype?
