Dear Period,

I know the feeling when you get cramps because i had to have my grandma pick me up from a field trip thats how bad i had it. The best I can tell you is to take whatever medicine best soothes you, put a heating pad on your stomach, and take a nice long nap. If that doesnt help try drinking tea or taking a hot bath. The key is to be comfortable and warm to get them to go away. Take care!

Menstrual cramps are pretty normal. Midol does work and should get you through the school day alright.

If you are bothered by them at night, a heating pad placed on your abdomen works wonders too. :)

Try Midol or Pamprin.
If those don't work, see your doctor, because birth control can help.
