does anyone know whenever i get my period, i get these horrible cramps where i have to leave school they're so bad. how can i get them to stop? does midol really work? thanks
I know the feeling when you get cramps because i had to have my grandma pick me up from a field trip thats how bad i had it. The best I can tell you is to take whatever medicine best soothes you, put a heating pad on your stomach, and take a nice long nap. If that doesnt help try drinking tea or taking a hot bath. The key is to be comfortable and warm to get them to go away. Take care!
