Ok so my laptop recently went in for repair about 2 weeks ago, and during that two week period my ipod screen had gone white. I could still listen to it, i just had to keep it on shuffle cuz i couldnt see anything.
my brother, in attampt to fix it wiped out my ipod, and when my computer came back they had also wiped my hard drive (along with all the songs on my itunes)
Any way i could get this back?

freaking out

So i am really freaking out!
This is my last term in college and so far I've maintained a B average (that could have been an A+ if it weren't for family crap and the 2 Ds and C that came with it) I am freaking out this semester because I have 2 of the toughest profs ever! and I got a C+ on my midterm in one and a B+ in another.... they are worth 30%
the finals for both are 40% and the research papers are another 30!!! I am freaking out because they are so hard and I really really want get an A for both of them to get a scholarship.... I have so much to do besides these two classes and I've been experiencing very severe case of depression and fatigue right now and can't be bothered to be motivated!!! please help I really feel I...

When the characters were driving to California, they were singing "If It Makes You Happy" while driving. But it sounded like a more rock version. I know Sheryl Crow sings the song. But who sings the version in the movie 'Crossroads' I swear its different.

I like my guy friend at school, and I'm having trouble figuring out if he likes me back or sees me as just a friend. And I don't plan on telling him that I like him right now, because I'm not ready for that. There are some signs that tell me it's possible but other things are discuraging kindof. So...

Computer help

Everytime I go to upload a picture somewhere (photobucket, tinypic, myspace), when I pull up the browse box to look at my folders... this pops up:

Every single time. It's so annoying. And I can't click the box to always remember that I'm saying allow, so how can I fix it? And it doesn't just pop up once, it pops up twice .. grrr

I am a singer, but if I am not playing the part acting like someone else on stage, it is hard for me. I have to go on stage showing who I really am, and show my emotions through my music, but I get terrified because its like being naked in front of the world, and they can see my soul. Im the kind of person who generally keeps to myself, but my passion is to sing. I dont cry in front of people either, and singing for me is like that, because I am exposed. I dont have anything to hide, I am just causeous. Can anyone knock some sense into me per say, or knows of a way I can come out of this?

I seem to scream, "Walk all over me!" All my friends do it, and people I'm not so close to. I'm always getting canceled on or "I'll be late" type of stuff. Its only started a few months ago, but its starting to get on my nerves. In fact, my closest friend does it the most. When I talk to her about it, she acts all bitchy and it makes me feel like I've done something wrong.
Should I say something to people? And if I should, what would I even begin to say?

not being able to go to the bathroom..

i hardly ever go 'number two'. usually, only a two times a week. i decided to take laxatives to help me go, but they only 'kind of' work. like, i'll go to the bathroom, but i'll still feel like i'll have to go more afterwards.
does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
what foods can i eat to help 'keep thing going'?
i hate hardly ever going to the bathroom because i'll start to feel sick and such.
