Losing weight

Hello,sorry for asking the most random question of all times. But i really need some advice,sort of.
I'm 14 and i weight around 176 lbs. I fear that if my weight keeps on increasing to 200 lbs so just last 2 months I start a daily working out schedule and I'm wondering if you can give me some advice to improve it.
1.Run 4 kilometers 5 times a week.
2.Avoid drinking or eating any high sugar food
3.Eat a lot of high fiber and vitamins vegetables and fruits
4.Decrease my intake of calories to 200 per day(I read some article in the news and it said that woman need 200 calories per day in order to stay active,is that true?Mostly i just eat vitamin pills)
5.Lower my fat intake by avoiding any fast food or...

My school will be doing a play, and there are lots of parts where the guys opposite the females have to lift them. Just a quick princess-lift in a dance or something, but I weigh 239 pounds. I'm 5'8 and a half, a teenage girl. Yes, extremely heavy I know.

Either way, I really really really need to drop a lot of weight, otherwise it might be impossible to get the part. I'm already trying to lose weight just for health reasons (yay for having dropped 5 pounds already!), and I have until about March, but any tips to kick things into (healthy) high gear? Like, will replacing my usual beverages with water help cut calories?

I know exercise is one of the biggest factors, I've started exercising at least 30 minutes a...

How do you stay on diets without splurging and falling off the wagon?

This summer I went on a diet and lost 40 pounds. I ate healthy and exercised. I'm not eating a ton of junk food or anything now and i havent gained any weight back but i'm not losing weight anymore either. Everyday I tell myself I'm going to start my diet back but I never do it. I weigh 146 and I really want to lose just 25 pounds.How do I get back on my diet?

Which is more accurate: a dial bathroom scale or one of those manual doctor's office scales?
My bathroom scale is always 5 pounds under what the scale at the doctor's office shows I weigh. I'd prefer if my bathroom scale were more accurate, but is it really?

Are dial scales accurate? I have a dial scale and my weight goes up and down all day everyday. When I get on doctors scales my weight is different, but they always way me with my shoes on. One time I went to the doctor and the said I weighed 151, then I went to another doctor and they said I weighed 149, but my scale at home always goes from 142 to 146 to 148 everyday and its been doing that for a long time. What scales are accurate and how much do they cost?

Alright, so August I decided I start off with a change and joined the xc team. I worked my way up to varsity on the way and...didn't really lose any weight. However, I did lose inches. I'm very short, 5'', 34 D, 24'' waist, 28'' hips, and fairly muscular looking...or at least my arms are. The thing is, asides from my upper half being acceptable, my lower body looks terrible. Most of it is toned by now, but my legs, especially my thighs which now, due to a loss of inches everywhere else, look even larger. They're constantly touching. I've joined a tri. team at my school, and I run at least 5-12 miles a day. I bicycle as well. All these things, cardo, that are supposed to DECREASED muscle mass and burn fat, and yet...

Okay well i have two questions, one im using the sauna waist belt to help lose weight and its helping and all but i think i may be allergic to the material because after i take it off it itches and i have irritation in some spots but i dont want to stop using it what should i do?? And two i heard some weight lost pills are safe and works but idk which ones, i went to walmart and there is a ton of them! Which one should i use??

heyyy everyonee!
okay well im 16 and i weigh 153 and i am 5'6". i am not obese but i could loose about 25 pounds the most. i go to the gym and i am not sure if i am doing the machines right and i just dont know how to lose weight because i see no results.

****ALSO**** i am on ADHD medication which decreases my appatite alot so its not that i eat alot so idk what to do!

please help me on finding a way to lose weight fast :) thankss.

Exercising... when you really have no room to.

My house is filled with clutter (hey, I bet part of exercising could be cleaning it!) but even without the clutter it's small.

I don't live in the best area, either, so going for runs, though I love running, wouldn't be the safest bet.

I have no room for a workout machine, or to do exercise videos, barely even to dance to music. Going to a gym where other people can see me seems awkward (I have issues with being stared at, kinda a shybird here.)

BUT, even with all that, I'd really like to get some cardio into my routine. How can I do that with these conditions?

so I'm in college and seems a lot of weight nowdays and I can't stop eating late at night and eating out a lot of junk food how can I fix this? its hard to avoid junk food and I don't exercise that much anymore but I walk 20 minutes to school everyday

Hi, i am 19 years old..5'6'' an i weigh 90lbs. I used to weigh 105 but alot of thigs happened and i lost alot of weight..I know it is not normal to be like this, its causing me to be sick all the time. I eat but it seems like the more i eat is the more i lose weight..PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! What do i do to gaing weight?????
