Try lowering your calories by 250-500 calories per day for a week and see if there are any results. Of make sure you add in some type of workout routine or even a favorite sport like volleyball or something.
If you want to do an ab workout try doing planks. Since you are female I am guessing you want a flat stomach and not muscles popping out every where. Try this workout......[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

You can do as many sit ups as you want, but if you have a large layer of fat on your stomach you wont ever get the look you want. Running is a great way to get cardio in, or I really like swimming.
