Now people probably see this kind of story all the time, but I am in a position where I constantly think I am overweight. I am 13, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weigh 120 lb. But before continuing this let me get something straight. I am a very happy person with talent, friends, good grades, and I know I am pretty even if others tell me otherwise. So I am optomistic even despite the thoughts of being fat. I work out often, strive to eat right, etc. I am just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if I am healthy. Thank you so much for your time with much love.

I have been overweight my whole life. Back in high school I dropped 40 pounds. I gained it all back and then some. I have been trying to watch what i eat but with working crazy shifts its hard. I also have been working out to turbo jam, but to me it gets boring east. I thought about joining a gym, I did in the past and didnt feel it was working, but then again it was too big of a gym and i just got on the ellipitical. I would like to lose 50 pounds atleast before summer. I also have a problem with being hungry a lot and didnt know if i should check into a appetite suppresser?

I'm 19 and female,I've been working and and eating healthy so I can lose some weight, but my period started yesterday so I was craving more food than usual,
Breakfast:10:00am
2 whole wheat bread
1 tbs of peanut butter
1 scrambled eggs
handful of cherios with no milk
lunch:11:40am
1 piece of ribeye steak
a plate of roasted pork (no skin)
snack:1:00pm
an apple
snack #2: 3:20pm
southwestern wrap from the cafe (the size is 1/3 of the burrito)
(including honey wheat tortilla,tomatoes,lettuce,chipotle sauce,black beans)
drink:
mulberry hot tea
pre- workout snack:5:00
banana oatmeal...

Hey im 19/f and im 5'7 and weigh 160 pounds.. most of my weight i've gained within the past 3 months which im not too sure why. But I want to start doing some exercises that will help tone my legs and thighs. Also i feel like i retain a lot of water weight. I know theres diurex but i'm not sure if that'll help. Is there anything over the counter i can take to help with this? Also what type of foods should i stay away from.. salty food seems to be my weakness. So i know i need to work on that.. but yeah 2 main questions. what are some good exercises i can do and is there anything otc i can take for bloating/water weight. Thanks and i do rate :)

5'1 and 109 pounds. 20/f. I'm really up to date with my exercise and I work put almost every day for 2 hours. I also eat super healthy. Basically tuna every day for lunch and for dinner turkey and vegetables. I don't usually eat rice or pasta. Today, I'm PMSing really badly and i ate pasta and bread and a a mini brownie. I know its not the end of the world but i feel SO guilty. Do u have any advice for me?? Like to feel less guilty. Maybe you can let me know if you've been there before? Thanks and God bless!

I'm an 18/f and want to start getting more fit. I never did any sports in high school except for the occasional jog or cardio aerobic routine. I'm not overweight (100 pounds)- just very unfit. 10 minutes of jogging gets me totally out of breath so I don't think I could join any sports team atm. Any tips on how I can get started? Thanks.

I'm 15/f and don't really work out much. My weight is 100 and height about 5'4". As you can tell, I'm skinny but not so much fit. I want to be healthy inside and out. (abs, nice leg muscles, firm butt don't want to lose it though, nice arms) I have a tredmill and one of those bikes and excersize ball, but rarely use it and now I want to. However, I don't want to hurt my body so what I would like to know is WHAT TO EAT BEFORE A WORKOUT, AFTER, HOW FAR APART TO WAIT TO EAT BEFORE & AFTER WORKOUT, WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS I SHOULD DO, FOR HOW LONG DURING THE DAY, AND WHEN DURING THE WEEK? I am a 22 year old female. I am 5'5" and weigh about 245 lbs. Eekkk! Yeah, I know that is really bad and I am working on it. My goal weight is between 140-160lbs. Definitely would much rather have it be closer to the 140 end but I would honestly be happy to be at 160. I have a gym membership and I haven't really been going until recently. I am serious about losing this weight but I need some help. I don't know what sorts of workouts I should be doing, for how long, etc. And I don't want to be told to just get on a treadmill and run for 5 miles because that is something I can't do, at least not right now. Okay so here is the deal. I live with my boyfriend and his mom two sisters and their boyfriends hahaha and well we each teamed up for a weight loss competition, cause we are all a little to a lot over weight. Anyways, i am about 5'3" 1/2 160 pounds and my boyfriend is 6'0 even but is 375. He is more than willing to try he is just afraid of getting a lot of loose skin if he were to lose the weight and I sometimes lack motivation. ANYWAYS what are some tips and tricks to that we can do together that is fun to help us lose weight and get us onto the road of getting more in shape? Oh and to win the competition of course :)
