ok, i like this guy. my friend IMed him and asked him what he liked about me, he told her i was nice and kind and then she tried to get him more into details and he avoided the subject and told her it's not nice to talk about people behind there backs. almost like he was sticking up for me. he used to IM me all the time but now he dosn't i IM him with a random question which ends up turning into a conversation. he recently told me his dad had cancer, and the way he told me i didnt get what he said at first, so i asked him if his dad had cancer. he said he had to go and said bye, and signed off. In school i notice whenever im hanging out with a guy he looks at me laugh or watever, same with my best friend.

I know this girl, shes a pretty good friend of mine, & I just met her this year acctly, & shes really attractive & popular... & I'm sort of the opposite... & she got out of this relatshion-ship with this guy & she still has feelings for him(she told me this), & I like spending time with her & when I see her in the hall I kind of stare... & if she sees me then I just smile & she smiles back, or the other way around, & I don't know if I like her or what? & I just wouldn't know what to do cos she really likes that other guy... & I really don't know what to do...

I'm 16 and have never kissed, dated, or even gone out with a guy. IS this really wierd? I'm not ugly, and i'm thin. But I am very shy. IS there any way i can get over this. I really would like to have a boyfriend soon. I want one really bad!!

My problem is I'm not sure how to act around guys that like me. I have had only 2 guys that have told me they like me and both times I've kissed those guys.
Like I'll meet them at a dance, and we slow dance I have no problem talking and being with the guys but after the song ends I don't know how to act. If I see the guy later and he is around me I will just look up and smile and nod my head...I had a guy thinking that I was some exchange student because thats all I did. Don't get me wrong, I'm totally outgoing and friendly. I love to be around guys but I never know how to act with guys that like me because 1. I don't have much experience and 2. I'm nervous.

I have this guy-friend that I've hung out with since 5 grade (I'm in 9) and he is really smart and nice and funny, but not all that cute. I really like him (like, I want to date him and such) and I think he likes me because he always comes over to talk and comments on my outfit or my latest quilt design, and today at lunch my friend Tai said he was staring at me, but he might just be acting that way because we're friends. Does he like me like I like him or not? I'd like some input from guys on this one.

i used to be friends w/ this one girl but then she started going out w/ my brother and totally changed. now she complety ignores me and acts like a total b*tch to me. i tried being nice to her but i cant do it anymore. she comes over everyday and she is a total snob. also, everyone in my family is on HER side. they are always telling me how i need to be nicer to her even though shes the one thats being so mean to me. and ever since my brother started going out w/ her, he hasnt really had time to hang w/ me and instead he's always telling me that i need to be more nicer to his g/f even though i really tried to be, it just didnt work. someone please help me.

Okay, my boyfriend and I broke up about 2 weeks ago but when we started going back out again. The deal was that I had to give him time to do things he loves to do like basketball. I know I said I would give him the time but I want his time too, ya know? I thought he only meant like a couple hours after school 3 or 4 days a week but it's been every day, every week for at least 5 hours. I never get to talk to him anymore. We don't live close together either. We live 30 minutes away so when my parents are willing to take me over there, we used to both jump at the offer. Ex-Girlfriend Now Wants Him Back

I met a wonderful man one month ago. We were dating happily for 2 weeks when all of a sudden his ex-girlfriend now wants him back. They have 2 children together. He is now not sure what to do, he doesn't think she will ever commit, but he thinks he needs to try for the kids. He phones me every night and at the moment we are just friends. Do you think I stand a chance at keeping this man, and any advice on how I can keep him. Do you think I should be bold and tell him that I want him and that I would be the best thing for him ? He does really like me.
