Braces.

Okay, so I just got braces on the other day. I really want to have the whitest, cleanest teeth possible with these braces. I've been brushing after every meal, and flossing too. I want to know everything about everything to do with keeping my braces and teeth clean. How should I brush? How often? Also, on my bottom front teeth, behind like 3 of them, it's really kind of yellow and then one or two of them has like, this white outline that looks like food. I've been brushing there for the past 3 days but it's not going away. What is this?? Will brushing make it go away soon?

Ever since I started my period many years ago, I have gotten watery discharge when I awake in the morning. It's not pee, mind you, it is surely discharge.
Now, before I get my period, I get many signs for weeks. Also, my periods are usually late.
However... my ex-boyfriend and I had sex while we were dating and did the old pull-out thing. I never got pregnant for the 5 months of it happening but I always end up worrying myself to death each and every month.
Is clear, watery discharge, cramps, bloatedness, sore nipples, heavy breasts and a want for salty food pregnancy signs? Should I get a test or should I stick it out a few days and wait for my period?
I was supposed to get it on ...

Of dentists and cavities...

Recently I got a minor tooth ache. Its not uncommon for me because I'm 16 and my wisdom teeth are taking their dear sweet time coming in...but I decided to take out a compact mirror and check out my tooth anyway. Well...it looks like I have a cavity. I have a little black spot on TWO of my upper back teeth. I think the pain was my wisdom teeth...but yeah.
I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS. So long I can't even remember how old I was or what I was there for...I'm really scared of getting a tooth pulled.
I don't know how bad a cavity is that you have to have it pulled so I have no idea what to compare what I have to...and I'm sooo freaked out.
Does anyone know how bad a cavity has to be befo...

okk so i got a spray tan twice for prom and now my legs hva elike a weird llok to them like their dry or something. like my skin looks like when your hands get super dry in winter and its just my skin below my knees. im not getting a tan anymore because prom was last night but now i dont even want to wear capris or a skirt. i put on lotion a few times but the look remains. i scrubbed with salt and vegetable oil and it helped a little but it still looks weird!! what should i do?? any other recipes that will help me? thank you! :)

what are the chances or me getting cancer if i smoke marlboro? aka cigs. i mean i'm 14. and i kinda got into doing them...and i dont do it alot but i wanna stop but i dont....help! also i have a "drink" like once every two years..

16/male; right basically i have had a two month ordeal so far and im getting realy annoyed and anxious right well heres my story.
2 months ago i was sat in english class, i got cramp in the right side of my trapezius so i massaged it to stop it when i was doing this i felt that some of my vertabrae (spinous procceses) werent in line so i immediatly went to hospital. once i had been to hospital they took an xray and said it was scoliosis end off. right so i left it, but then ti started to hurt about two weeks later. so i went to the doctors he showed me the radiologist report and said there was nothing wrong. so i left it. then it started to hurt even more so i decided to go to a chiropractor she said she wanted to see the xrays. righ...

i recently started a birth control pill called lutera, 3 weeks in im starting to get my period [which i didnt think i would get?] and its all like small brown blood clots, like sticky little things. is this normal?

So I have been missing my periods and then getting them like every 2 weeks. and then i would miss a month and so on. I just started last july so i know they are still irregular but i was just wondering if any of you have had the same problem. please advise what you think could be going on. thanks

I just ate a footlong sub!
and i wasnt even hungry
I keep going and going,
this weekend i have a family party
and im going to keep eatnig!
I do not know what diet to go on.
I am like 20 lbs over weight , not good
IT DEFFINTITLY shows !

i got my first period this past november on thanksgiving. i got it december onm the 21st again then january on the 22nd. in february i got it the day after i got back from a cruise which was like the 24th but it only lasted for about 2 or 3 days and was very light. i haven't gotten it since. is that normal, considering i haven't had it for that long, or should i be worried?

i've had bulimia pretty sure for almost 2 years and i've been thinking how my life would be so much better if i didn't do this. I binge and purge and i'm so stupid because i worry about gaining weight then i do that? it's dumb i know but i can't control it. like i ate today then i felt all anxious and didn't feel better until i threw up. i feel ashamed and guilty
i guess i'm not overweight i'm about 5'6", 125 pounds. i want to lose weight and i know this isn't the way but i can't bring myself to actually say it. i'm worried if i stop i'll gain weight. i don't know what to do.
who and how should i tell someone?

belly button piercing

I was thinking of getting my belly button pierced for my birthday but I was wondering if weight gain would interfere in the healing process? My friend got hers pierced and she gained about 10-15 pounds [actually, it might be because she was prego. not sure] and it got infected.
Well I usually gain up to 10 pounds [water weight] and it lasts 2-3 weeks. Should i switch to another birth control pill and get this under control before I decide to get the piercing? Your thoughts/experiences please!

laughing gas

I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorow, and the procedure starts off with some laughing gas. And I'm absolutely terrified that I will say something really embarrassing or like pee my pants from laughing too much (which has happened before without the laughing gas.)
How exactly do you feel on laughing gas? All I know is that you feel relaxed, warm, and giggly. Anything else?

blue bubble?

ok so when i was little anytime i would get mad or something this blue bubbly would appear like a little bit above my collar bone on my right.. and my parents would either have to calm me down or take me to the emergency room i think its like a vein but like i want to no exactly what it is? or if anyone can tell me if they have heard of this or seen it or something because i havent had it since i was probably about 7 and i just noticed like a blue spot where i guess it use to be ive been really stressed out this last week... what is this?

i got a sore throat this morning and it hurts when i swallow, and i just feel it there. and also i feel nauseous at random moments during the day. also during this test we're taking in school.. like standardized tests that take several hours. i dont feel nervous really but i felt nauseous at some point today and yesterday when we did 2 portions of the test. i kinda feel nauseous now too. and my period.. i mean its quite irregular but its supposed to come around now but it hasnt yet. i havent even felt cramps yet. and i havent even kissed a boy yet so being pregnant isnt a concern. whats wrong and how can i fix this? oh yeah i also have a headache and feel kinda tired although i slept for 10 hours last night.. i usually dont sleep that much...

I gained 17 lbs, in the last 2 weeks , so i want to loose around 10.

My dress is to tight now , and it was alot of money and my mom said she isnt going to buy another one , and we cant return it .
Plus i need to be seen in a bathing suit.

quit smoking

I have been smoking cigarettes since I was 15, so I have been smoking for close to 10 years. I have quit in the past but for only up to 3 months at a time. I have a very addictive personality. i really really want to quit for the following reasons: so I can be around when my child is old, so my teeth don't turn nasty, wrinkles, and so I do not get a horrible cough whenever i am sick. I really truly enjoy smoking though for a number of reasons.(yes I know its gross) I just cannot get the mentality in my head to quit for real, and I will not try the patch or gum or any of that so please do not suggest it. Is there a way to make myself stronger? I feel I am a tad weak in many areas of my life.
