MAK answered Sunday May 4 2008, 12:39 am:
Your body is just starting to adjust to the birth control. It takes about 3 months for your body to fully adjust to such amounts of hormone, so for now your body will be acting pretty weird. If these blood clots are going on for longer than 10 or so days I would call they doctor that prescribed you the birth control.

But I wouldn't be too worried. Its normal to have a clotty period (it just means you have a super light flow so it has time to "dry" a bit in your vagina and blood clots really easily and turns brown after a while).
