no more spark.
see, i used to like this guy. he flirted with me, but i didnt think that he woudl ever like me because im way yougner than him. now, hes starting to flirt even more, and starting to tell me that he likes me a bit, and hes deciding about the girlfriend relationship. i never really said anything about girlfriend :S its been pretty weird, for me, lately, because like, he would text me "hey pretty" and stuff like that :S
i just dont like him, and honestly, i plan on telling him on chat, so please tell me what i should say.

Next time he does this simply tell him "I think you are getting the wrong idea" or "Sorry but no" or "Please stop" the sooner you tell him the better. :)

Just say that. "I don't like you like that", or simply "It's getting awkward, can you stop?". You shouldn't sugarcoat things like that or he won't get it.
