need to loose 10lbs

i have 3weeks - a month
to loose 10 lbs!
I gained 17 lbs, in the last 2 weeks , so i want to loose around 10.
PLEASE HELP!
I had jr high graduation coming up , and class trip!!
I need to fit into things!
My dress is to tight now , and it was alot of money and my mom said she isnt going to buy another one , and we cant return it .
Plus i need to be seen in a bathing suit.
Please help, what are good diets, and things to do when i am bored.

hey you dint need to go on any fab diet to loose weight all you have to do is eat healthy and excercise an hour or two a day.

you just need to eat less. dont stop eating though, just watch how much you eat, and when you exercise make sure you get your heart pumping and you start to swet cos if you dont you wont lose weight.

alright;
excerise..
okay so you need to eat, b/c if you dont eat at all then after you loose the weight it will all come back and possibly more.
So the best thing to do is eat alot of fruit and veggies, lean meat. But at the same time dont cut out all your fats. its good to have fatty foods in moderation.
Try not to constantly weigh yourself either.

well your young so loosing 10lbs should be no problem in a month. just run for a half hour a day, dont eat any fatty foods you know will make you gain weight (like mcdonalds). but make sure your eating healthy still and dont go on a crash diet.
