Does everyone find love?

Growing up I've also been an outcast. I've never really made friends. I don't even think I really have a close bond with my mother, who raised me by herself. I've had one boyfriend before but things never sparked for either of us so we moved on after a couple of months of trying. I don't want to be alone all of my life but I can't seem to be a match for anyone. It's really depressing but I'm pretty use to being alone.
My question is pretty simple, I think...
Does everyone find love?
I'm 26 and have never found love. Did it pass me by? Will I be alone forever?

Valentines Day ideas to do for my boyfriend

I want to do something super nice for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day but I can't think of a single thing! I thought maybe I could make him dinner but I don't know if that is too cheesy or what. I need some good, creative ideas for things I can do for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Money is kind of low so something outrageous, please!!!

Tell Mom about period...

I just had my period and I know I should tell my mom but I don't want to be embarrassed. I cannot find the right words to tell her that I've started. It wouldn't be a problem but my mom doesn't have periods right now and doesn't keep any pads or tampons in the house because of that. I can't just stuff toilet paper in my panties. My friend gave me a few pads but I can't keep asking her for them. How do I tell my mom about my period and not feel stupid? I don't want her to make this into a big deal...

Making out causes puffy lips. Making out creates a cold sore???

I have coldsores sometimes but usually only when I've been sick. Well, I have this boyfriend I've been making out with every weekend and it seems like I always keep getting coldsores after we make out! WHY?! My lips get all swollen and weird after we're finished and when I wake up the next day I have a cold sore. I'm getting tired of this. What can I do to stop these cold sores from making out?!

Volunteer work for 14 year olds

I want to volunteer my time more to the needy. I was reading some answers here and I think it would really help me if I got out there and helped people! The problem is that I'm only 14 and I don't know of any places I can volunteer my time. How can I help others? Will any places let me volunteer even though I'm underage? HELP!!!

Things to say to your girlfriend so she knows that you love her...

My girlfriend is the best girlfriend in the entire world and I want her to know that. I'm her first boyfriend but I've had lots of girlfriends before her so I know she's the best. I really can see myself spending the rest of my life with her. What are some nice ways to let her know that I love her? Like, some creative things to say to your girlfriend so she knows that you love her? Any ideas are good ones!

Do I have a STD? Should I get a STD test?

My boyfriend hasn't been tested for STDs in a few years. I think he was tested when he was 16 because he found out his girlfriend at the time had herpes. He tested negative for herpes and everything else then, I guess, because he didn't say anything came up positive.
Well, he's had sex with maybe like 5 girls since then and so maybe 7 girls altogether. I've had sex with 2 guys and have never had a STD test because I'm only 17 and the guys I've been with before told me that they're clean.
I have a few bumps on the inner part of my vagina lips though. I don't remember having them a year ago though. My boyfriend said it looks like a couple of the other girls he's been with and it's probably nothing to worry...

Can you get STDs even if you use a condom? Do condoms protect against STDs?

My boyfriend has genital herpes and we have had sex a few times over the past six months. We're always really safe and use a condom each time. I haven't really worried about catching it but two days ago part of my vagina was weird and like inflamed. It was uncomfortable. I checked it out better with a mirror and it looks like his herpes only on me down there. I thought condoms protect you from STDs but now it looks like maybe they don't for me? What do you think? Is it herpes?

Can a virgin have an STD?

Can a vigin have a STD? I was reading someone's answer here on Advicenators and they said that virgins can also carry STDs and spread them to new partners. The person even said that some babies are born with STDs or something and pass it to you later as adults if you have sex with them. Is that true or what?

How to tell if you're a bad kisser

I've only kissed two guys in my whole entire life and I'm afraid I'm a bad kisser. The last guy I kissed made a face afterwards like it was pretty bad. I know I'm not really sloppy or something but he didn't look too happy about it. It was during summer and he was my friend's cousin from out of state so I haven't seen him since to ask him if he liked it or not. How can I tell if I'm a bad kisser?

What causes acne?

My mom always said that dirt caused acne and so you should wash your face twice a day. Well, I heard at school from a friend that things you eat (like chocolate) actually cause acne. I had a teacher once to say that hormonal fluctuations cause acne. What causes acne, specifically facial acne?

What is a good acne wash?

I need a new face wash but something that isn't too drying. I'm using an off-brand equate thing I got from Wal-Mart but it dries my face out too much for the winter time when I go outside into the cold, dry air. What is a good brand to look for, or, more specifically, a good product to look for? I don't mind having to order it online as long as it isn't outrageously expensive...

What are the signs and symptoms of a miscarriage?

Well, I thought I was a couple of weeks pregnant at least because I missed my period this time around and had previously had sex with my husband. I was really excited but didn't tell him yet in case I miscarried. Well, today I started to have my period. My periods are usually really, really regular so when I missed it this last time I naturally assumed I must have gotten pregnant (we want to get pregnant, by the way).
Was I pregnant or was my period just a couple of weeks late? If I am having a miscarriage should I go to the hospital or the doctor, especially with it being this soon into pregnancy? Should I tell my husband if I am having a miscarriage? If it's not a miscarriage should I go to the doctor anyway since my period was really late?

stomach area pain??

i have a bit wrong with me but latly the pains gotten alot worse iv had it a month and they thought it was my pancreas? the pains left and to front side of my stomach area from under my ribs to almost my hip and its to the point it even hurts to laugh or shiver. what could it be or what could i do or anything of that sort? i dont want to go back to the hospital iv ben out for a month :) ..15/f

How can I be a supportive friend?

One of my close friends turns 18 in a month and plans on moving out. He's had a lot of family drama and wants to get away. I don't blame him for wanting to live somewhere else but I am afraid he is going to ruin his relationship with his whole family by making this decision. There are pros and cons that are too deep to get into, but I guess what I really need to know is, how can I be there for him?

what is wrong with me

I'm really nervous. I feel like something serious is wrong with me. For the past few weeks I've been feeling extremely dizzy and lightheaded. It feels like the start of a panic attack, where I feel 'out-of body'... but it's not a panic attack.. I don't know a better way to explain it.
I have a lot of weird symptoms:
-shortness of breath at times
-constant bags under eyes, no matter how much I sleep
-at times an unquenchable thirst, to the point where I can swallow water, and as soon as the water goes down my throat is dry again
-tender and stiff muscles
-fatigue/sluggishness
- emotionally irritation

nursing + weak stomach

Hello im currently doing my pre-requist. courses to get into the practical nursing program. The only problem is that i have a very weak stomach anything with veins makes me sick to my stomach like im going to pass out. I took a class in high school where i got to see dialysis patients and work in different parts of the hospital but it seems like over the year my stomach has grown very weak. I've been told that you'll get over your weak stomach after a little while. Is there anything i can do right now that would help. My classes show movies about surgery, stiches, staples, etc. And i get grossed out. Any help would definitely be appreciated!
