I'm really nervous. I feel like something serious is wrong with me. For the past few weeks I've been feeling extremely dizzy and lightheaded. It feels like the start of a panic attack, where I feel 'out-of body'... but it's not a panic attack.. I don't know a better way to explain it.
I have a lot of weird symptoms:
-shortness of breath at times
-constant bags under eyes, no matter how much I sleep
-at times an unquenchable thirst, to the point where I can swallow water, and as soon as the water goes down my throat is dry again
-tender and stiff muscles
-fatigue/sluggishness
- emotionally irritation
and these ones scare me a lot:
-cloudy head - it feels heavy or like I can't think straight, almost like there's a weight inside of it, it feels foggy or something
-I've had quivering on more than one occasion, to the point where my hands were shaking like crazy and my legs/knees were shaking so much that I couldn't stand.
- I feel out of body.. Like the beginning of a panic attack. I'll start shaking and feel like I'm not really here, like I'm floating or hovering or something... only I dont believe its a mini panic attack, I feel like something is seriously wrong with my health.
I got my blood drawn about a week ago and everything came back fine, I recently had a staph infection on my leg but it's been better, and nothing in my blood test indicated it was still there.
I've felt this maybe a few months ago a work and I had to go home early.. the next day I was fine.. but now for the past few weeks it's been back, on numerous occasions.
What could be wrong with me?
Has this happened to anyone, if so please let me know.
I feel extremely dizzy as I type, and I'm laying in bed.. it's way worse if I stand up. It's making me very emotional because it's affecting my daily life.
