natural waves for my hair

my hair is shoulder length (i'm trying to grow it out) but i really want to achieve the wavy look :) i've tried so many things but i just cant get that natural look.
i've tried scrunching with gel, using a diffuser, using curling irons, 3 barrel waver, straightener with curved edges.. but they still dont give me the look i want and crave.
when i use gel, my hair just gets sticky and crunchy and doesnt scrunch or wave at all. when i use a diffuser, it makes my hair look like a ball of mess, instead of waves. if i use curling irons, my hair is too short for that and it only makes like 1 huge wave instead of several waves, if i use a 3 barrel waver and straightener with curved edges, it makes my hair look "bu...

Hello, I'm a 14 year old female. This guy and I have been best friends for a few years. I became close with him while giving him advice when he was dating my best female friend. Ok I'm 14 years old and I have never had sex or anything like that. I have masturbated before but not like actually fingering myself just like rubbin my clitoris. But I have never started my period. I have pubic hair and underarm hair and I get cramps but not bad ones, like it's just gas most of the time. But I have discharge and it's a good amount too haha. But I have had discharge since I was like 11 or 12 and my mom started her period when she was 12. What do you think is wrong? Is there something wrong with me? I have like size 36a breasts and that's kinda small but why haven't I started my period? Does masturbating have anything to do with it? Is tere something wrong with me since I haven't started yet and my mom did at 12? Please help!

i just got through watching the omen, and during that movie, many religions were shown: christianty, satanism, other pagan religions, etc.
also my friend told me about his friend who is a jehovah's witness and some of their stuff got me thinking.
i was raised methodist christian in my home but turned my back on faith about a year ago. too many rules, inconsistancies, hypocrites, and it was all just very overwhelming, so i quit. and even now that i've given up on religion, i can't get it out of my head. its like i've been brainwashed. i'm not asking someone to give me back my faith, or to even lecture me.
what i'm asking is what do YOU believe? are you christian? satanist? wiccan? anything at all?...

i remember a few years ago there was this game on 2d play.com, and all i remember is you had to hide this stuff in this guys room cause his parents were coming over and if you didnt hide everything in time then you lost. you had to hide things like condoms and dirty magazines and underwear and stuff like that. does anyone know where this game might be or what it's called, and how i can find it? thanks!

Having a hard time finding a job.

I have a resume and every place I apply at I give their application along with this resume.
I'm 18 years old, I have applied atleast 30 places and each of those places, numerous times. I keep a list of places and when I applied. I've had around 4 interviews.
I've never had a job before but right before my 17th birthday I started applying to jobs. which would be March 2008.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Most of my friends got jobs and some even have gotten 2 or 3 since I've been applying. I can't even get ONE job!!

I really like getting people presents and I love thinking up perfect ideas of what to make them but I can't think of ANYTHING to make my boyfriend for christmas this year...He doesn't wear necklaces or anything and I was thinking about making a scrap book or something but we don't have a lot of pictures of us together :/ I really need help thinking of something cute to do for him, I'm kind of always expected to make people awesome presents. Last year, I filled a heart shaped box with 100 reasons why I love him and I've drawn him pictures of us for a present before...help!!

Okay so i'm having some problems with sex..let me explain (im so sorry if this ends up long but I really need some advice)
So me and my boyfriend have been together over a year and we are both 17.
A few months ago we decided we were ready to have sex,however it didn't go to plan it was awkward and there was issues with the condom and so on it just wasn't the right time. We stopped and said we would do it properly another time.
So we did and it went better except it didn't really feel like anything to me! It didnt even hurt..it wasnt pleasurable it just wasnt anything.
I figured it would take time the more we did it the better we would feel.
Everytime we have done it since it just doesnt feel like anything ...

Are there centers someone can give me to help find a job?

I'm 17 and I have been looking for a job. The job that wants to hire me is too far away, I have never had a job. I went to a youth workforce center and they said I have to be a senior in highschool to join and Im a junior. All of the places I went to are not hiring. Ive did a lot of job applications on the internet and I havent heard back from any except for one, but that job was too far away. Is there any centers that help teens under 18?

Heart Murmur

I just changed doctors, and on my first visit during the examination my doctor asked me how long I had a heart murmur. I had no clue what she was talking about, so she scheduled an echocardigram (or something like that).
I was just wondering what this means, is it bad? I'm taking an aerobics class in college. Will this affect what I can do? Any information will be helpful. Thanks!
