"Best Friend" of three years has always liked me, but I missed my chance?

So- theres a friend of mine who Ive known for three years, Im 18, hes 20, we met in high school and when we talk its all day, every day. Everyone we meet thinks we're perfect for each other, and hes asked me out a few times over the course of our friendship, but I wasnt ready for that and I didnt want to lead him on, so I made sure to keep it honest and simple. So three years later he starts dating an acquaintance of mine, and about a month into it I realize; Im graduating and Im ready for that kind of relationship. So I tell him how I feel. I'm a stammering boy, please help me

I’m a 19 year old boy; I started stammering from the age of 5, Everyday my stammering get worst each day. My classmates tease me and I’m very sad. And because of my stammer I never had any good friends and I always sit alone in my house. Sometimes I just feel to suicide because of my miserable life. Is there any cure for my stammer?
Somebody told me that hypnosis therapy would cure my stammer.

about a boy ive known for nearly 10 years

Swimming while on period.

This weekend my neighbor is going out of town, and left me to watch her house. She gave me permission to swim in her pool, but I started my period today. I've always worn pads due to the fact that I am deathly afraid to put a tampon in, I don't like the idea of something being inside of me. and since I am still a virgin and have noo idea how to put it in "the right way" i'm afraid it will hurt.
I know you can't swim in pads. Is there something else I can wear besides tampons that will keep me safe from leaking in her pool?
and another question, does putting a tampon in hurt if you're still a virgin? and if I do decide to wear a tampon, how do I put it in "the right way"? I really want to avoid asking my mom.. *awkward!*

Needing some opinions

I'm 31 years old and I've been married for about three years. As of late I've been getting the feeling that my girlfriends do not care for my husband to tag along when we go out. Before I was married I went out with my four best girlfriends once in awhile to a club to dance or a bar to have a few drinks, talk, and catch up on the latest news. However, since getting married and having three children we rarely have time to go out but when we do we enjoy going out together. Me and this boy have been dating for quite a few months now. He's 19 and I'm 18. We started off going very slow, but then things gradually got faster and he told me he defintely has come to care for me so much and trust me (he's been hurt a lot in the past and hasn't had good experiences with relationships). I've met all of his friends and family, and he's constantly talking to them about me as if I'm this amazing person, which, in my opinion is very cute. Dressing kawaii?

Hi! I'm going to be a sophomore and I was wondering how to dress more 'kawaii.' My style presently and for some time was dark and almost scene or emo. I want to be more colourful and kawaii and look like I'll taste like ice cream and rainbows instead of human flesh lol :) Like some anime girls and with little pins and charms and stuffed animals and such.
ALSO-
I don't want to look slutty or inappropriate or overly weird, or like I'm trying to look childish. I also want to keep my hair short and blue, and I don't wear makeup.

Singing voice sounds horrible when it's recorded

we were doing this class concert thing and decided to sing for the fun of it, i told people before that i can't really sing but after my friends were like wow you're great and some other girls in my class said so too so i decided to record my voice on my phone and when i played it back i sounded so gross like a little 5 year old my voice was all high and stuff. My teachers from my old school said i was a good singer too but i think maybe they were just being nice to me even though i told them i don't really care if they say i sing bad, i was wondering if it was the recordeed or i just can't sing and people are being nice?

well i am 15 years old and there is this boy who comes up here for the summer. He lives a couple houses down from me and we have been hanging out a lot lately. He really likes me and i kinda like him too. About 3 days ago we were about to kiss but we didnt because his little sister was about to see us, so then the next day we actually kissed and yesterday, we made out several times. He calls me all the time and we talk on the phone for hours, he even calls me during his lunch break at work, he also drives his dads truck around my house when he knows im outside:) i really like him but i dont know if what im doing is right because im not dating him, so what should i do??? any advice will be appreciated:)

Buying a motorcycle for college

I'm going to college this fall as a freshman and typically first years aren't supposed to bring their cars because all the parking spots are reserved for upperclassmen. so normally the younger class eithr bikes or walks to classes (and they stay in dorms.. while upperclassmen typically commute- aka drive from home or apartment).
so this fall my parent aren't letting me bring my car. I only live 25 minutes away from my college and I think its silly that i can't have a car my first year. My parents are moving and thinking about selling my car. I was thinking about buying a motorcycle? Nothing spendy like a harly-davidson.. haha. But i did find one that I really like. Honda motorcycle for only 3,999 dollars. Thats pretty cheap ...

What's a liberal and what's a communist?

What's a liberal and a comunist? And what's the diff between a democrat and republican? And is Prez. Obama a republican or a democrat. I'm 13 so can you explain it without all the confusing politics words? I skipped a few grades and I'll be taking a placement test in august that'll have some social studies and American history sections so I think it'll be good to know a little more about some if this stuff. Are people in Canada really nicer?

Hey I'm 13 and I hear people say how people from Canada are nicer than Americans and I was just wondering how theyre nicer. Is there less crime or racism or drugs or other bad stuff there so people just treat each other better? Or is it just that people there are more polite? Would you like to live in Canada? Is it better than the U.S? I'm from America but is Canada just like it us here or is it better?
