VainTaraLynn answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 3:42 am: I honestly dont think that they will hire you. 1 because of child labor laws permitting 15 year olds and under from working most of the time. and 2 because most places like target and walmart require you to be at least 18 years of age. Once your 16 though try working at a gas station, or like a grocery store bagging or working the register. Also, subway isnt bad [ VainTaraLynn's advice column | Ask VainTaraLynn A Question ]
xo_underneath answered Monday August 15 2005, 9:54 pm: It differs where you live... for example, where I live, I can't get a job anywhere yet because I'm not 16. I've filled out applications at about 5 different places but they're probably going to wait until I'm 16. & someone said that Subway hires at 15, but here they hire at 16. So yeah, it differs. gUeSsHoO278 answered Monday August 15 2005, 4:24 pm: fastfood places such as wendys & subway will hire you at 15...target you have to be 16, walmart you have to be 17...different counties might have diff rules but fastfoods hire at 15 with work permit or maybe they wont require it.
